Yea, the "old" high school might need to be dusted.

Yea, like with salaries and benefits.

Why is that a GOOD thing?

Because it attracts the best teachers! ;-)

But I believe the writer wanted you to click on the link.

The Parkland haters come out again.

It is hard to argue that parkland is one of the top 40 or so districts in the entire commonwealth. Teachers want to teach for them. It is actually pretty hard to get through the interview process without having experience in another district or having long term subbed in parkland.

They don't get paid all that much more than other districts in the valley either. And Parkland continues to have reasonable property taxes when compared with other districts in the LV.

What concerns me is the growth, since the high school is already full.

Actually you are wrong. It is 'your' not 'you're'. The sentence was:
If its sooooo easy to be a teacher and if the pay is sooooo great, your the IDIOT for not getting your teaching degree!
Now, if you replace the 'your' in the sentence with 'you're'(which actually is 'you are') it would read.
If its sooooo easy to be a teacher and if the pay is sooooo great, your the IDIOT for not getting YOU ARE teaching degree!
That's not right. The first post poster was correct. Sorry!
your the IDIOT should be You are the idiot, hence "you're".

Obviously you didn't read the entire forum because I already said that it was my mistake. Also, name calling doesn't get you very far on these forums. People will take your posts a lot more seriously if you refrain from acting childish.

So, now that we're past my error, let's get back to the discussion on hand. Thank you!

So I reread your post, I'm sorry I said you were name-calling. I'm feeling really sick today so my mind is not working right. I did realize my mistake though.
