"Officials are trying to determine who will have jurisdiction in the case, Whitehall Township of North Catasauqua"

Isn't it more important to find out who this man was and notify his family??????

I grew up on the Delaware River. Up until the time I was 14 I was required to wear a safety device. My parents made darn sure of it. Today so many kids leave the house and their parents have no idea where they are even headed off too. Then they decide to go to the river or nearby creek without any swimming experience. Even with the experience the rivers are really dangerous. And as for the quarries...they are definitely serious accidents waiting to happen.

Did you all read the article? Is it possible the man drowned? Is it possible he passed out from heat stroke? Maybe he had a heart attack? Maybe he sliped? Stop the negativity. Some of you thrive on it. It's called schadenfreude. Look it up. It's obvious a lot of you can't read or look at all the possibilities posed in the media. It's not always drugs and gangs. Get an education.

I posted about it being a kid before they posted his age....

What is the name of the drunk/crackhead you are referring to? Just curious because I know of two that walk around in catty. One is some skinny big-mouth named Danny something, the other not sure of his name.
