Jaindl, where have I heard that name before?

Martin and potentially DUI cases and honesty are like vinegar and water. He shakes it up to blur the bounds of reality of the substance.

Do not know if this is the case, but sometimes lack of a saying something is also clue. Was a full substance test run or just alcohol?

Martin makes George Wickiser turn in his grave now. I heard that night, it was a short drive from Ye Old Limeport Inn. Too bad they weren't drawing blood from everyone at the scene, including Jimmy Boy.

Question for the Morning Call: Were Jaindl or his passengers wearing seat belts at the time?

Yes, it was very foggy, but what caused him to lose control?

You have a good point. If it was that foggy, why not slow down?
Maybe he was trying to get out of the fog faster.
Ofcourse accidents can and will happen, but there is no excuse for ignorance.

This is not a political case. This is a tragedy. I know some of you troll around for anything to do with the DA, but it won't bring anybody back to life. Try to have some compassion for the victim's family and friends here.

I am so sorry for Jaindl's family and friends. My sincere condolences. Accidents really do happen, and every day is precious.

I apologize for the off-topic post here, but...

You boycott the Call's Blogger Tuesday on the premise of being too good for the Call's threads, yet you shamelessly advertise your own blog on this thread regarding the death of a high school student? That's not being a watchdog, that's being a psychopath.

Had nothing to do with fog.

It was a combination of illegal drugs and stupidity.

Please. The boy is dead now. Let it go. How about thinking about his mother right now? Who cares what the details of the accident are? This boy is dead, and it's a tragedy.

I think it has more to do with the last name of the driver...
Hopefully the family of the poor young boy will civilly sue Jaindl.

Another ignoramous makinmg assumptions. This is not one of the "Jandl's" that you think. Great family, great parents, no relation. Only your stupidity has anything to do woth the driver's last name.

As stated many, many MANY times Jeff Jaindl is not connected to the Jaindl Turkey / Land Developement family. This was a terrible accident which affected many lives. Let's support all those involved not make wild accusations and uninformed calls for litigation.

Sounds like citations still need to be issued for careless driving and driving to fast for conditions. But then again it will never happen since the last name of one individuals involved in the crash is "Jandl"

This was tradgic event. Everyone envolved suffered. All the victims including the driver were scouts - there was a great loss that happened that night and one event that will change many lives.

There was no drugs, cell phones, texting, or drinks. Just one guy going home from work and 5 friends enjoying eachother's company by taking in a movie. It wasn't as foggy in Whitehall but as many know, the weather changes quickly on the other side of the mountain.

So please, as a friend of one of the victims involved, keep this clean. There are children reading and comenting about this. Lets not have them look down on us adults.
