Millcreek township sure wouldn't do anything about them anyway. Is there even a code enforcement in place in Millcreek? I don't think so!!!Maybe they should let the neighbors around there clean them out into a dumster nobody else is going to.

Sure, the owners have no business scruples but then again do any of them ? Once again this is the typical response from Millcreek, DENIAL. Their reponse is simple; it is a private matter. Unless this situation is right next door to one of the Supervisors, it doesnt exist. My response to that, government study commission. Millcreek is a city and doesnt even acknowledge that fact. Isnt it time for a change? Why doesnt Millcreek do what government is supposed to do?
