I bought ML-2510/XAA monochrome laser printer 9 days ago in a brand new originally sealed box. Tried to register it online, but their website says that the serial number is invalid. I clicked on "where is my serial number?" link on Samsung's website and it says it must be on the back of the printer. On the back of the printer the serial number window is completely empty, smooth and shiny. I called 1-800-SAMSUNG and their support told me the serial # must be on the back. It is not. So they suggested to call the store where I purchased it. I did, the store has no clue. Then I called Samsung again and the other support guy told me to check the front panbel and yes it's there, but the serial number there has an extra letter at the end and a few digits and letters in the front, so that's why I had all this time wasted being unable to register my "product" online. On the product registration card the serial number is shortest, on the box is medium length and on the front panel (inside of the panel) it is the longest, but you must know (guess how, god knows only) to enter the certain part of the serial number when you register iton samsung website. There are issues with their site as well, but.... next time I remember not to buy any SAMSUNG products.

So I called about a problem with my Samsung refrigerator. The customer service representative told me the problem was covered under warranty, and told me to call a service person, giving me the number, and that it would be fixed free. So I did. Wrong! Had to pay $75 just to have it looked at. My wife paid the bill. When I got home, I called to complain, and I was on the phone and on hold for an hour, and no satisfaction whatever.

The problem that I called about will not be fixed, because the service maker could only find a problem with the ice maker, which we do not use.

THis is an utter waste of money, and Samsung is simply indifferent to the damage they caused me. I will never buy another Samsung product again, and I suggest others reconsider any purchases they may be considering. If they change their minds in less than 24 hours, and don't even call to say they have changed their minds, then one has to wonder whether they will back their word up in any case.

I bought a brand new ToC 40 HDTV. It's a piece of garbage. Hasn't worked correctly since I pulled it out of the box. Samsung wants to repair it. That would make my TV a refurbished item. I want it replaced not refurbished. I even contacted corporate with no response. Customer service says that I agreed to the warranty when I purchased the product that it should be repaired and not replaced. I asked him where was the warranty. In the box. How can you read a warranty and agree to it when it's inside the box that you can't open until you get it home.

Ok for one Samsung is assembled in MEXICO not Korea. there will always be problems with tv's. it doesn't mean the company makes a bad product. there is a reason they were rated #2 for reliability on CR.I sell TV's and i couldn't say that there was just one brand that comes in over the rest as far as quality. The big problem with manufactures warranty is that they will not send someone out and they will NOT replace with a new unit. it costs them to much. they would rather have a few angry customers then pay out for a replacment. My advice is always buy the extended service plan this way you can go through a retailer instead of the manufacturer. retail stores(BestBuy) will replace the tv if it cannot be fixed with a brand new tv. and the cool part is if your tv breaks say three years from purchase you get that years model not the same tv!

Could not agree more, 15 month old 61 inch dlp displays no red color. Recommended repair service provider diagnosed problem from across the room with out touching the set, 95 dollars for this? Estimate is for 834 dollars. Samsung has lost a customer for life and I will tell anyone I know not to buy Samsung.

Bill you sound like an IDIOT! Anyone with half a brain will tell you that extended warranties are a rip off. I have bought only a few products that consumer reports recommended and they were all junk. Consumer reports doesn't know crap. Samsung doesn't have a few angry customers they have a lot of angry customers. DON"T BUY SAMSUNG.

Ok went out and bought a 1300 dollar 305t from b&H the monitor looked great and worked great for a month. Then it lost sync. I have been dealing with getting a replacement for 1 month now, and still dont have a monitor. Since then they have changed their website and given me 5 different excuses. Like i care i am a buyer for a private business and now i am just going to by gateway or nec, basicly samsung shouldnt have dicked me around lol.... Whatever lessoned learned. If they send me a refurb i am going to make sure and nuke them online because that is just robbery, i suspect they are delaying my order because they want to hit the three month spot so they are not obligated to give me a new one lol. WHAT A JOKE! Dont buy samsung buy a nec or a gateway! or anything but!

I purchased a Samsung Blu-ray player in july that did not work right out of the box. I took it back for a return only to find out that this department store wants me to deal directly with Samsung Electronics. Samsung would not back their product and actually treated me badly for complaining about a fault regarding their products. In the future I will never buy Samsung products again as their products are so-so at best and they do not support what they produce. -John P.

I bought a Samsung Link R351 Cell phone form Solo Mobile/Bell Mobility store, brand new. I tried few websites and every time it crashes and says "Insufficient Memory...bla bla bla" and kicks me back to the home page, it even crashes on Hotmail and live.com so I can not even check my email or surf the net, I was lucky I got a exteneded warranty on that so they replaced it with an other one but exact same thing happend, called support he tried with an other one on his end and he got the same error!!!!!
They sell us (the consumer) defective products and someone should sue these big corps for the god's sake, Solo refused to refund my money and every other replacment has the same problem so I am stuck with a brand new garbage phone!
SUMSUNG CAMCORDERS SUCK TOO!
DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG, OR DEAL WITH SOLO / BELL IF YOU ARE IN CANADA!!

I bought a SAMSUNG TV about 3 years ago. It worked great for about 2 years, this last year it's been having a hard TIME turning it's self on. Sometimes takes 2 - 4 hours. Today it's been 12 hours and it's still not on. I also bought a DVD player of SAMSUNGS a while back and it has a hard time reading the disk's, it just spits them back out. Im finished with SAMSUNG and hope you people who read this will be forwarned. Oh and "Jerry from Miami, FL" Just wait a little while, you will change your comment and opinion about SAMSUNG as well.
