was any inditments on james whitehead active prior to his attemted arrest? was whitehead affilated with any groups, or orgainizations, identifing him as potential threat to other ethinticties? also is these orgainizations briefing material for police shifts, standard operation to identify members in the immediate area. begin of police shift change briefing? keep the faith!
