People and to many pets

Who do I contact besides animal control about neighbor having 10+ cats, I see stray cats, there cats, raccoons and possums around the walkway, in yard, on back porch , in my yard all the time. Animal control said nothing they can do and if they do come out they will only catch strays , spay them and bring them back. Being that she takes care and feeds them . There property is unattended , I own an so does everyone else except them in neighborhood. We even went extent of leaving notes from home owners association on maintenance, animal issue, and nothing gets done!

I you see government as the solution to your problem then your problem will go unsolved. Might I suggest you either buy some traps or hire a trapping companying so the animals can be removed. Take some personal action; you do not need government to take care of every little issue in your life. It is called freedom, liberty and personal responsibility.

Trapping is all good but then what animal control and human society in city just don't let you drop off strays . So then what?!

Call animal control and say you think you have a rabid animal then place some baking soda in the animal’s month.
Also No more homeless Pets I believe still Spades and neuters stray animals for free. All you must do is take them and pick them up. Does not solve the meditate issue however; it does keep it from getting worse.

Jacksonville, fl will let you drop off stray animals.

she could also move to a private island and start her own government, but is that logical?
