Review: Carlani's Italian Restaurant

I am a sautee cook for a very popular restaurant in the Jacksonville area. I have dined at Carlanis numerous times now and drive 20 minutes each way to enjoy everything about Carlanis. Being a chef I can tell that everything I at least have personally eaten, is homemade. They are as authentic as you can get. I was in the dining room listening to customers talk the last time I was there and it was nothing but positive, from telling another customer sitting next to them
how great the pizza is to customers calling over the owner/manager and just loving the food and making it a point to tell her what a great job they all are doing. One day I will have my own restaurant and I want it to operate just like Carlanis. Good Luck

My job recently moved out of state, tonight I brought my parents to Carlani's, all we could say when I arrived home was "can't wait, let;s go to Carlani's, we sit out in the beer garden, the deck, and it is so calming, even in the summer, the drinks, appetizers and of course the food is what I have been waiting for.
