They have now identified another woman. Her mother didn't even report her missing. Thought she was living with her boyfriend in Akron. Had 4 kids. Who was raising those kids? You folks in the black community should be ashamed of yourselves. So many of the actions that you take (or don't take) are part of the issue of all of the problems you are having. It has nothing to do with racism. It has to do with how you raise your families (too many women having too many babies with too many men, drug use, prostitution.) Yes, this happens in the rest of the world too, but just look at the neighborhoods you live in? And you wonder why the whites moved out of those neighborhood? Time to look in the mirror and start doing things that will change things. You can go into any city and find a neighborhood that is all black - and you can tell. Go ahead and attack. I don't care. As Jack Nicholson said, "You can't handle the truth!"
"You Folks in the black community should be ashamed of yourselves"...I live in a black community and I dont think its fair to blame every black person for another black person's mistake or way of living. Im a high school graduate, currently a college sophomore, and I have a clean record. Just like the old saying "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink"...Well it follows the same suit when it comes to helping others out here in the society. There is help out here, people just don't take the time to go out and seek it. Then, you gotta look at it like this, Where is their support system? "Most" families don't deal with other family members who are strung out on drugs or alcohol. When people like this turn up missing, they think "Oh they are okay, probably somewhere getting high" Then you have those families that do care, like the ones who lost their loved ones to Anthony Sowell. Maybe some of them didn't report their loved ones missing to the police, but who's to say the families weren't out there looking for them? No one knows that for sure. The police can only do so much, but families can do so much more. Many of the families had loved ones who often disappeared for spells at a time, and when things like that happen they think oh they will pop back up. I would have thought the same thing if they have been doing this their whole life. But after a certain amount of time those families looked for their loved ones. Right now no one needs to be pointing the blame at anyone, we need to be trying to comfort these families and getting them through this rough time. Once we do that, then we can sit down and figure out the problem, then find a solution. Pointing the blame is not going to bring these ladies back. God Bless their souls, and I send my deepest sympathies to the families of all the victims. I will continue to hold you guys up in my prayers.
