That says a lot about your peeps. Whenever the police try to do their jobs in these "certain neighborhoods" they are called racists by malcontents like you.

It is a shame to learn that family decay has shown itself in this media coverage, imagine a person missing about a year with a family that never heard from a member during the winter holidays, no contact during other family celebrations, it seems this lifestyle is the accepted norm for this area of the city that once had the nations highest ranking school district and heavy industrial base, this seems to be why american companies have moved the manufacturing base into rural areas to get skilled workers or overseas where the family culture is a close knit structure - missing a year and never reported to police - what this country needs is martial law to corral the problems and not wait till the plea goes out for dna to discover missing family members.

That last sentence should be plea for dna to let you know you have family missing. The drug dealers are now very upset that this man closed their livelyhood down, a neighborhood that has naked women falling from windows accepts this as a normal fashion - how often does this get discussed in your area? The streets are talking, the graves are talking, this area is waking up - don't let the sleeping giant drift away. Teach these families to stay a little closer now, it appears the third and second generation of careless culture could use the young street soldiers to help one another at night and by day. As mentioned on the news about other serial killers they seem to come from broken homes and show otherwise productive lives in the workplace - make friends in your neighborhood today and tonight. You do not
have to go to a building to be thankful for the lords work, do it at home too.

The reality is nobody yet has known if these bodies were murdered or overdosed collected from the streets nearby, this is a community where naked women fall from windows and families do not report missing children - the police had to plea with folks to get dna to get some info on who these bodies really are - can you imagine the family values of the folks who just discovered their girl missing over a year and they never reported it - could she have overdosed that close to home - at this time nobody knows. But a lot of speculation now that someone who did not report the smell but reported while being with the resident Sowell he was aggressive towards her and the police come along to question him. I can not
believe the grandma going to tell the grandkids they found mom dead just 4 houses away, this
speaks volumes of the decaying family values. If you look on the county court public access page you will find the first 3 identified had some criminal behavior ranging from casual narcotics to weapons spec crimes, family values are being tested now, what the police need is some witness to these killings, turn down your tv set and blasting music - where did these deaths occur? how much stuff was in them when it occurred? and who provided the stuff - what drug dealers will infect this area next? where did they go while all the yellow tape is stretched around this area? I have a friend with property on 128 near Luke and all summer the empty houses there have been hide-outs for bad activity, it would not surprise me if the cadaver dogs pointed to those, I have called and the city cuts the grass but they will not put wood over the doors to keep out the vagrants - just 6 months of martial law would get the city looking good but no politician wants to do it because they can not directly take the glimmer of the spotlight.

Instead of standing in fields, lighting candles, the clergy should be getting these people into church services.

The question remains did he do any of these murders at all or even act alone?
This is a community where drug culture is second nature, mayor Jackson's niece Lori reported living with Sowell until a year ago and she is surprised of the recent discoveries involving the bodies found there, Sowell apparently had one of the victims as a visitor because a gentleman admits to dropping off Ms. Culver at the Sowell house, but with all the media interviews and questioning not one person has reported hearing or seeing Sowell digging anything, burying anything, choking anybody or no screaming from any victims, Sowell had another lady visitor who said he was aggressive to her and she left - she did not complain about the smell but she filed the attempted rape charge on him bringing the police attention recently. During a week of camera interviews Sowell's neighbors talked about coming to his driveway cookout, speaking with him on the streets and sitting on his front steps tipping some brews probably talking about the sausage factory smell and the noisy car music that rides around there all the time. With so many unoccupied houses broken open in this area creating hide outs for the drug culture and other bad elements who knows if the pimp/drug lords did not use Sowell's place as a dumping ground for the remains of unproductive sidewalk workers, the smell is older to this area than the falling leaves blowing against the side of the buildings and the tires sitting on the grass. The drug dealers are now very upset that this man closed their livelyhood down, it would not surprise me if the cadaver dogs pointed to those empty houses they use as hideouts, martial law would get the city looking good but no politician wants to do it because they can not directly take the glimmer of the spotlight.

The victims found on the property have many visits to the court system, many more than Sowell who served 15 years for attempted rape and came out with good comments on the public release paperwork. The victim list will grow but this public information was found in the Cuyahoga public site;
Tonia Carmichael, 1978 grand theft, 1982 concealed weapon, 1987 theft with specs, 1995 theft with violent specs, 2000 unauthorized motor vehicle, 2002 theft and burglary, 2003 premitting drug abuse, 2005 drug possession and soliciting.

Telacia Fortson, 2001 attempt drugs, 2001 possession, 2003 possession, 2008 theft and aggrevated theft

Tishana Culver, 1999 attempt possession, 2000 drug possession, 2000 drug possession, 2001 attempt possession, 2003 possession and trafficing and criminal tools, 2009 escape

Nancy Cobbs, 1995 drug trafficking and criminal tools, 1995 drug trafficking and criminal tools, 2000 drug possession

Amelda Hunter, 1986 forgery, uttering, recieving stolen property, theft, 2001 drug possession, 2005 drug possession

Crystal Dozier, 1997 attempted drug possession, 1998 drug possession, 1999 drug possession, 2000 trafficking cocaine, preparation of drugs and drug possession

Michelle Mason, 1993 Break and enter, 1993 drug abuse, 1993 drug abuse, 1994 drug abuse, 1997 possession of drugs, 1998 drug possession, 1999 drug possession, 2000 soliciting after HIV posistive, 2000 attempt drug possession, 2001 drug possession

This will be a long discussed topic until someone breaks the code of snitches get stitches and stands up to tell us who did these murders and burials.

da streets "The question remains did he do any of these murders at all or even act alone?"

Are you really trying to push these violent acts onto drug dealers? Wow.
I can only imagine how many ppl are appualed with the fact that you took it upon yourself to air the dirty laundry of the victims. Their past is irrelevant to the fact that they were murdered leaving families with hope of their return, only to find out that they have been shove into an area of this monster's house with no hopes of ever seeing their loved one again.
Disgusting.

With no witness coming forward, and only 3 victims ever reported, the Sowell cemetery should be a field trip for health education classes, and the no drugs movement. Considering he cleared out 7 or 8 jail cells, saved taxpayers legal fees and meal costs, along with wick, pip and other forms of assistance, maybe he could run for mayor in 2012?

LOL

Sadly I agree. Only 3 of these 'important' people were reported missing. If you are important people will report you missing as soon as you miss work or something.

These people were more a nuisance to their families obviously. Stealing, lying and bringing grief and pain. These people are also a nuisance to the neighborhood. Stealing from hardworking people any chance they get.

It isn't like this guy was killing children or citizens that would be REALLY missed by their families.

That's a sad way to look at it Maple, but I can't disagree with you there.

In spite of the fact that this guy is a loon, he is a very smart loon.

He took the most pathetic of our society, befriended them, and then led them to their place of execution. Drugs, alcohol, sex. And then he would turn on them like a lion, and strangle them to death. Was he so intelligent to know that these particular people would not be missed by family and friends, and that their disappearance might be a frequent trait of their personality? Who knows. But it will give him a weak defense for insanity, that's for sure.

On further examination, it reminds me of those jungle shows you see on television. The lion examines the herd for her meal. But she just doesn't rush into the herd hoping for luck. Experience tells her to make plans.

The lion stays downwind of the herd so as not to be scented. She then examines the smallest, weakest, or the youngest of the herd. When she decides what animal is going to bring her the best luck of a kill, she focuses on the beast, and slowly sneaks up, sits down, sneaks up more, sits down, and repeats this process until she can get close enough to outrun the selected subject. In one leap, she charges at the target ignoring all others in the group. Stronger and faster animals near the lion in the charge, but the lion knows from experience not to make last second change of plans. It would be a sure failure.

This guy had the very same killer instinct of the lion. He would ignore all kinds of females in the neighborhood, and patiently took notice of the weakest among them. He learned where he went wrong in his past attempts at a kill, and also noted what strategies worked in the past. Pure killer instinct if you ask me. A cray man? Yes. Stupid? Far from it.

Dang...so we might as well off all the problems of the world, or allow for the nut cases to do so. What happens when the nut cases run out of what you consider bad people?? Is it going to be okay for them to start killing the ppl that may be a future problem?
