Kikki, Mine is a 7 inch. It also has music.I took the sandisk from my camera and it also works, but doesn't have as much memory.Thats why I bought the larger one. The size is the same just the memory is more. Have you tried to use a san disk yet? Go to Geeks.com and see if they sell the one you have. If they do it gives all the specks and should tell you what type of memory card it takes. just type in the model . Mine is a 7 XL.

I too have had to ask for a replacement frame twice. The frames die after 12-14 months of use. Today, I had my email returned undeliverable.

I am a former employee of this company. Horrible people, the place went backrupt. I quit years before the downward spiral but a lot of good people worked there, except the owners. Bruce, the boss and his creeper brother who I caught watching porn on his iTunes (no joke!) ran the place into the ground. Sorry to hear of all of your losses. Just know there are more good people out there than bad ones like these.

Does anyone know how to put photos back in order after transferring them from your PC to a memory card inserted in the frame? I copied a folder full of photos that were in order, but they appear totally random on the frame. Thanks if you can help. I have a 7D frame.

sorry to hear about this. i have one and it has been working fine for us. however, the usb cable for the photo frame was misplaced. if you still have your usb cable, can I buy it from you?
