that is so messed up. not only does he have to deal with survivor's guilt, but he also has to deal with this crap and 3 of his closest friends dying. doesnt make sense

Maybe if he reached out and showed a little remorse to the families instead of hitting on Joeys girl and posting on Myspace about how he can't wait to go to the movies this weekend etc. People would care what happened to him

it doesn't make sense that he chose to endanger the lives of 3 friends who trusted his "mature" judgement in driving skills...he chose to have fun with a vehicle that's purpose is to transport

I completely agree with Bill and Phyllis. What has he shown to anyone? I understand trying to go live with it but for him to NOT SHOW ANY REMORSE and to go about having fun is not right. If I had been driving and lived I would be locked in my room and writing letter and calling the families. Not hanging all over My "Best friends" girl. He deserves some punishment for driving like an idiot. No not jail time by if I were the courts I would tell him to say goodbye to his liscence he will NEVER have again. He doesnt deserve to drive he only had the thing for less then a year.

From what I hear he is still basically flipping the families off and playing the poor me card. Three lives have been destroyed!! He deserves what he gets, but I do agree NO LICENSE EVER
