Negligent homicide probed in fatal crash with Milford cop
The crash that left a young couple dead June 13 when their car collided in Orange with a cruiser driven by a Milford police officer is being investigated as negligent homicide.

4 - The results of the investigation have not been released yet, so just how do you know that the police cruiser was "going 120mph"?? I want you and all the rest that are ready to throw the police & officer Anderson under the bus, that he was NOT going 120mph & that is a proven fact.. was he speeding?, yes, was that the single most contributing cause to this tragedy ? NO major contributing cause will be found that the driver of the teens car did in fact turn directly into the path of the oncomming police cruiser and that the judgement of the operator of the teens car was in fact impeaded by the drugs and alcohol that was found in the bloodstream of BOTH occupants of the teens car. Although officer Anderesons police career is now over, the teens did in fact cause thier own deaths, they were not innocent teens as most would like to believe. 2 young lives snuffed out in their prime, yes, 2 young innocent lives snuffed out in their prime, NO ! these teens may very well still be alive if they were not smoking pot & drinking in the hours before this tragedy occured..... |

3 nothing was found in their system.No drugs or alcohol..When You speed my friend, You in fact breaking the law.. I said this already if I killed two kids while speeding i would be in jail awaiting my trail.It seems to me that police are ABOVE us all and the above the law. Two 19 year old kids were killed i wonder how would You react is someone killed Your family member,I wonder if You would making excuses...I doubt it.. |

2 - do you work for either the police or the medical examiners office ?? NO, and I do know more than you in this investigation..I do know for a FACT that there were both drugs and alcohol in the bloodstreams of BOTH teens in this accident. were either over the .08 alcohol level, NO, but the alcohol in thier blood combined with the THC level did definately cause impairment to their ability to make proper decisions in their driving causing them to turn into the path of the police cruiser, causing their own death.. YES officer Anderson WAS in fact exceeding the posted speed limit, but if these teens had used just care in making that turn, they would still be alive. in this accident BOTH officer Anderson AND the teens were WRONG...two wrongs don't make a right..if officer Anderson had not been speeding, this accident most likely would have still occured, but the teens may have survived.. again, BOTH the teens and officer Anderson were in the WRONG... |

4 When you cut in front of an oncoming car you're also breaking the law. If that teen was a responsible driver, they'd be alive today. Probably so out of it that the driver decided to play a game of "let's see if I can make it" -- but figured wrong. Teen drivers and stupidity go together. Look how many have died in the past year alone. They will never, never learn because most of them are indeed STUPID! |

1 you see lights .5 miles up the road and you feel you have plenty of time to make your turn....but if the on coming vehicle is going 100mph it takes a split second and he's on you. hard to judge when a car going that fast STUPID |
