County Sheriff & CHP at Victor Lopez Jr's

It has been reported to me that the Fresno County Sheriff (two cars) and the CHP (one car) were "interviewing" Victor Lopez, Jr.(he was seen in the yard waving his arms around) and/or other members of his family or household.

This happened mid-afternoon, Monday, September 28.

Has anybody heard what this courtesy call was all about??

I'll be sending in a Public Records Act request for the Police Blotter for this house call.

Witnesses did not indicate that there were any M.A.G.E.C. officers involved.

Lotz of possibilities;
[] Bicycles
[] Vehicles
[] Accounting for funds
[]... and who knows what else.

... even if your story has any validity, the question is, does Victor Jr. have the legal right to "cut the pipes"?

Victor Jr. is a renter of this property from Paul Rodriguez, his daddy's COMEDIAN buddy, who is Chair of Latino Water Coalition.

How does Jr. know that there is not a "legal use provision" with the real property owner? I have heard the two properties were at one time one parcel.

In addition, why has Jr. not been cited for a fire hazard? The house is surrounded on three sides with highly flammable grass and dead trees.

Cal Fire requires a 150 foot clearance around any structure. For visualization – that is half the length of a football field.

Where is Cal Fire?

Where is Orange Cove Fire Protection District?
