The skate park was put in with donations from comedian and actor Paul Rodriguez and his son Paul Jr whom is a pro champion skater. Paul Sr also owns orchards in the Orange Cove area so it was of interest to him to do something for that community. As for Victor; his crap still stinks and the people need to realize he covered good deeds with many bad ones. He only fattened his own pockets while in office and gave the community a turkey at Thanksgiving to make everything look ok on the surface.

As I recall, the taxpayers paid for most everything in Orange Cove including the skate park. Paul Rodriguez and family might have contributed some money toward a project or two, but the majority of funds came from you and me in the form of federal, state, and local grants.

Kind of like paying nearly $800,000 for a skate park, losing the grant that was going to pay for it through fraud and mismanagement, paying your drug addicted unqualified criminal son VL Jr. to be the project manager, and then hiring him to be the chief of security?
If the City Of Orange Cove lets VL Sr. back in they deserve what they get.
