what business comes here is going to see who lives here and that will determine what businesses we get. Dollar stores, love Deltona and for good reason. THey take EBT cards, big plus in this city of section 8 people.
Can Deltona be saved? should it be?

Wayne, You can't save something that is already collapsed. Not that Deltona was ever great like the Roman Empire, Pete Rose, low interest credit cards, and the once stable housing market. Once you fall, you can never be saved. I believe for Deltona, there never was a fall, just a continuous hole ready to convert to a junk yard.

They need those gold teeth to match the gold jewelry. Does their EBT cards pay for these things? I wonder where they get the money?

Solution: Form a board of realtors like Venice Fl. They meet similar to our commission meetings. Many would welcome the opportunity to sell/ secure land, business, etc. These people are licensed and have the education to guide the city in the right direction. Economic hardship for realtors could help boost the realtors who have been forced to find work in other professions. Let's think smarter not harder Deltona.
