<quoted text>As always, wrong again. The judge can charge someone with contempt of court. Any other charges must be brought by the state prosecutor. All a judge can do is order an investigation.

For someone with such a bloody past you still know nothing about the law.
That says a lot about his supposed past of killing others.

He knows soooooo much till he doesn't know anything, anything Truthful, that is.

Sounds "pretty FIT" to me ;0)

You mean...

He "killed an innocent child."

The only thing he's "won" is a hiding place, stress, a murder charge, potentially decades of being incarcerated, a pile of fatty substance known as weight gain.

Yes, he "won" alright, but ain't no referee holding his arms in the air putting a championship belt around his large waist.

Oh well.

GI Janie factoids:

1) History of Violence:

a) Violently beats bar patron, resulting in his losing his “under-the-table” bouncer job at the club. Hmmm… violent AND a tax evader.

b) Charged with resisting arrest with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer

c) Another 3 resisting arrest with violence and battery charges that were mysteriously “closed”. Judge Daddy to the rescue.

d) Re-occurring rape of a minor female (a family member) Hmmm… a pedophile to boot

e) Domestic violence charges culminating in a restraining order

Which leads us to an interesting question? Did GI Janie have a “concealed weapons carry permit” for his gun? The state of Florida requires a history of violence report for concealed weapons carry permit. That report should have included a violent brush with the cops and been enough NOT to issue the permit. Also, a domestic violence charge is all it takes for the police to demand the surrender of your guns. Why did GI Janie still have a gun?? Did Judge Daddy step in, yet again, on behalf of his dimwit son?? Something stinks here.

2)History of Alcohol Abuse

a) Ordered to take an alcohol education program as a result of his battery charges.

b) GI Jane drinking prior to vicious bar patron assault

3) History of Questionable Tactics

a) A resident expressed his frustration because Zimmerman had inappropriately approached him, even coming to his home.

b) It is on record, with the homeowner's association that there had been multiple complaints about George Zimmerman and his tactics

4) History of Lying

a) The night GI Jane killed Trayvon Martin he told police that he had a clean record

b) When GI Janie was booked into the Seminole County Jail, he told the booking officer that he had never been in a pretrial-diversion program before, but he had. After his resisting arrest Zimmerman wound up in a pretrial-diversion program

c) When Thug Zimmerman offered an apology to Trayvon's family during an April 20 bond hearing, he said he didn't realize Trayvon was so young. But in his call to police moments before the shooting he described Trayvon, who was 17, as in his "late teens."

d) Both GI Jane and his wife, GI Joe, lied directly to the courts saying they had no savings… when in fact they had $135,000 in blood money donations

e) In his initial statement to the police, GI Jane tells police that “Martin” jumped out at him from the bushes. Stuck by that story, until police told him “there were no bushes”. Story changed.

f) In is initial statement to the police, GI Jane tells police that when he and Martin came face to face on that sidewalk, Martin said, "What the (expletive)(is) your problem, homey?" That statement gradually morphed into: Yo, you got a problem? Trayvon’s girlfriend, who was on the phone with him, heard Trayvon say:“Why are you following me for?”

g) In is statement, GI Jane tells police that when he told 911 dispatch he was losing sight of Trayvon, that 911 dispatch told him to move the car to get a better view. On police review of the 911 tape, no such conversation occurred.

h) When answering the question, why did you get out of your truck. Brainiac GI Jane told police that he was going in the same direction as Trayvon… to get the name of the street he was on. Police, to this day, are still wondering HOW he didn't know the name of the only three streets in his neighbourhood…. where he has lived for 3 YEARS.

i) Injuries sustained in the struggle come no where near the severity of the described attack.(Getting your head banged on the pavement would surely have resulted in skull fracture… bone bruising at the absolute bare minimum.)

j) No defensive wounds on GI Jane hardly indicate a LIFE AND DEATH struggle.

You are not the real Truth. I am. Read up on the case a little because the dispatcher did not tell him to quit following. Also it is not against the law to follow and give directions to law enforcement. Also the evidence suggests that Zimmerman was walking back to his vehicle and Martin attacked. It's called self defense.

<quoted text>Calm down.

You should save your name-calling for yourself.

Any criminal defense lawyer can create "reasonable doubt" even in cases where the criminal is clearly guilty.

There simply being "reasonable doubt" is insufficient. A jury MUST believe there is "reasonable doubt" and vote accordingly.

Many people who are incarcerated will be glad to tell you that they had legitimate cases of "reasonable doubt." But it didn't get them their freedom since the jury didn't agree.

Remember, there are two parts and BOTH must be attained....

There must be "reasonable doubt" and the jury must agree and vote accordingly.

That's the way it is. No special exemptions for Thug Zimmerman. What you think will have ABSOLUTELY NO effect on whether Thug Zimmerman will become the property of the taxpayers of Florida or whether he will continue to be in hiding.

How a 300+ pound man can hide is beyond me. But nevertheless, he can try.

Oh well.
This will be an easy case since the prosecutor has already admitted in the hearing that she can't prove some of the most key elements. There will be an acquittal.

So... when GI Jane said he was going to follow Trayvon, and the 911 dispatcher said, "No sir, we don't need you to do that." Exactly what does that mean?? It's not against the law to follow somebody... but when it turns to stalking and harassment, it sure as hell is against the law.
