WELL !!!
mayor lethargic has decided to show some interest in allowing, "GOD FORBID ", BUSINESSES into the pristine city of DELTONA !!!! Whoa !!! The last time that I asked for a variance so that I could have a business on Deltona Blvd., Mayor Lathargic couldn't even figure out where McDonalds was.
LOL After he left, however, there is now Two businesses there on my old property.(On Beautiful Deltona Blvd.)Of course the new owner has a lot more CLOUT than I did. Whoops !!! I didn't mean to say that the new owner pulled any strings or anything. Just that I lost my property because no one would co-operate with me. Beware new business owners. This group would see you and your business ruined before they would co-operate with you to help you open and run a sucessful business here. Go somewhere else. That's MY advice,
One who has been there and one who has suffered the consequences of dealing with the City of Deltona and the county of volusia.
Just saying.

it`s kinda like the city fathers want to see deltona fail, they are ghetto engineers, why would they encourage a culture of filth and entitlement?

deltona is one step away from being a ghetto. When the upscale Farmton is built with nice houses and tree lined streets and modern conveniences deltona will be the ghetto neighboring city. The one that they will rag on and about. Only business needed here are topless bars, checking cashing places and cheapo restaurants.

we also need pawn shops , and bail bonds . I got a good laugh this am , I saw wesh put a video up, orlando (including the entire central florida area) is the 3rd most dangerous city in America..thats right #3 whooohooo ..and funnier is some exec said "it could be worse" ..at the end of of the video listen to the other lists orlando has made.....http://www.wesh.com/n ews/26922537/detail.html

Deltona is gonna suck worse than it does already once the farmton project starts..anyone who has any money left in deltona will move there and only upper middle will afford it..that leaves deltona to the wayside..3rd world chicken fighters with 13 year old preggo daughters, gangs and pill heads..the term white flight comes to mind..5 houses for sale near me , all white people and long term residents..you can call it racist , but its section 8 white trash , black hoods and latinos of every breed wrecking these once nice areas, and NOONE but their own kind wants to live with them

somwhere near the osteen border I think..allegedly a self contained city , on state land , but will use deltona roads for access//the location I could be way off..but it will pay no tax to deltona for road upkeep, its gonna make it much worse here than it already is

all the empty homes in central fl. i would be scared to take on a project like this. you can buy an existing home for 30 cents on the dollar.
