What, Sheriff Baca owns a boat??? And why was it being hauled through OC when he could have just sailed from Santa Monica down to OC just to prevent this hassle??? This sheriff Baca is a bald-headed moron.

Does not matter if the driver was drunk or not. I think it's only fair they ticket the driver since they did not follow safety guidelines of towing a boat. No "if's", "ands" , or ( I will not say the next word since I know it's a "touchy" word with the police. No double pun intended.

What I mean to say is that police are so ticket happy and thanks to the "beefing" up ( again, no pun intended)- of ticketing anybody for so much as scratching one's own nose,(while real bad people are out and about )- why not just ticket the driver ?
Afet all, he was hired by a porkbelly ( again, no pun intened )??? what the hey. Ticket everybody. I bet they love those words.
Cheers.
p.s. I think I'll start a blog about this...

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Virgo

Mercury is turning retrograde at just the right time, because it's telling you to consider the validity of your long-term aims and aspirations. If they stand about as much chance of seeing the light of day as you do of winning the Lottery, then you need to streamline them or even abandon them and start again. So think about what you want from life and how you're going to get it. Children and romance may be quite erratic during this phase.
