you work hard and dont get paid accordingly..its basically slave labor. there are women there who have worked their for 40 years...had an unexpected health problem arise and had to quit they're jobs because they're sick days ran out. thats pretty low/cheap when they've worked there 40 YEARS.

I did'nt know they had sick days.I've worked there for a few years ,I've been laid off for close to 2 months now, won't know when they close til u come to work one day and theres pad locks on the doors.I'worked at a few differant factorys & this is the lowest paying one I've ever seen, hell I made more 10 years ago than I make there now.

Slave labor, extremely low pay. They don't care what-so-ever about their employees. From what I hear their only doing work from foreign countries, absolutely NOTHING American made.
The shack should really just shut the doors. What is anyone loosing? Just another low paying sweat shop!!!!!!!!

By far the worst owners ever. They wouldn't know how to run a factory if it hit them in the face. It has been nothing but downhill since Alicia Webb and her husband got in there. I'm not sure it will ever close because, I think they are too stupid to do it.

I agree 100%.They r nuts. All she cares about is new homes and cars. But the damn companys so broke they can't afford to even buy material that they need. What a joke.Has no respect for employees, just think they should remember their not doing anyone no favors cause they make their living off the sweat off employees back not the other way around. So I say so long to em.

Have you heard the latest? I have a friend that has been laid off for sometime now and they said that there is a girl that just graduated from high school working in the office while everyone else is not getting to work. It's the boss's daughter or something like that. To top that off, they let her boyfriend sit in there with her all the time. How stupid does the owners of this factory have to be?

yes they have laid off people, but I still have a job there. It's not the owners that are doing it, it's the economy. And I like it there!

I'm glad to see you like it so much. I think it's pretty low of them to have me laid off all of this time and to let high schoolers and a night crew to work instead of people like me who have been there for several years. Hzving that old man and the other one in there at night is nothing but a joke. And if you mean the management when you say economy, I agree with you 100%.

If you don't like it there, find a different job. No one is making you stay!!

Well thats kind of rude maybe they like the job they have and want to work and that is why they are stating how they feel.

I was asked to come back and help out over the summer because another woman in the office will be not be able to come to work due to her cancer treatments. It is not my fault that they have no work for you. As of my boyfriend, he comes up here to use the wireless internet, harming absolutely no one. I would suggest you do something more productive with your time while you are laid off rather than complain on a stupid website.
