What's the skinny on this place. Hear they need some welders. Should I even give it a try? Also hear they can't keep a manager. What gives?

I worked there in the past. I'm not him, I just think he is a hard worker and would do the plant some good if they gave him the reigns.

He puts in his hours. You can't debate that. If they gave him the reigns theyd have to close the doors. He has zero people skills and is never wrong. Well unless he's arguing with Daire.

Yes, Both places are hiring. If i'm not mistaken Distran was trying to get people in to train. While I do live here, I have always been told they are great places to work. I know the person who did the original training when Union Tank Car began here. I love living here and fishing is awesome.

I just heard about this post today. I will and would respond to any on who is not blind to what I am saying. I am the other Doug you speak about. No I do not want to be plant manager. Doucet is doing a good job considering what he is putting up with (coming from upstairs), If anyone would like to speak with me personally, you know where I work. In the mean time, I want you to think about one thing. When your wife and child are in the car pulled up to a rail road track, who do you want to be the last person to have inspected that tank rolling by them. think about it.

Laid off looking for work but already complaining about the place and facility. Be grateful you can get a job with no drivers license, driving back roads cuz you screwed up and got license revoked. Beggars can not be choosy. Be grateful instead
