Yea it was truly amazing to go to that school. I was there my entire life and when he took over things really went bad. I hated how we lost a lot of good teachers that were replaced with incompetent people who werent certified to teach. But the real deal was the football program. Oh man, I remember the first year they kicked out a lot of kids cause they didn't play. Whoever said barham gives kids second chances better look deeper into that. My parents took me out for the reason that they were paying for me to go while those "second chance" kids were getting a free ride with good grades cause they would take their report cards to him and he would change their f-ing grades!!!

Smh WoW!! I didn't know about none of this. Coach never mention this to none of the students. If I would've known this I would've been left. Don't get me wrong he is a good coach but to sale a dream was the most hurtful thing that happen to me. And after 5 years of being there I received a diploma with my last name spelled wrong. And to think I knew a role model.

David is a Christian, and his daily walk in life proves this out. He takes in kids at Prep that society has already tossed aside, and tries to give them something better. I have a suggestion for those of you who do not agree with the way he runs Prep. Go start your own school and run in the way you want to run it. This is America after all. Good luck!!
David is fully aware that he will in fact be judged by God one day for ALL of his actions on this earth. On that judgement day, his works will stand on their own. Its not for you or me to decide or judge.

This is crazy... I went to prep from 2004-2007 and though we didnt have the best materials COACH barham tried his best to push us in class and was nothing short of a great man and father figure. I can say this because i know as a player for him i caused him a great deal of stress from "tryin to thug my way through life" lol, but he always stayed on me and i have learned so much lessons from him and COACH bullara that i cant wait to pass on to my kids... GREAT MAN GREAT COACH can't exactly speak on the financial end of it. But i can say i never once felt used

I hear he is selling the school. I also know he has screwd over some good folks in Brenham. That he and his wife and oldest daughter worked for. The company almost went under. I also heard they plan on moving to Oklahoma next year so everyone there beware. The crook and his family is on the way to get you!!

I'm not sure but he did sell that building to the sheriff department for 900,000 dollars but what is interesting about the sale is that David knowingly had asbestos in the building and guidroz and the EPA made him remove it. Can you say class action lawsuit against that clown for educating those children for all those years in an asbestos building
