Talk about lack of knowledge & customer service. Plus their prices are high as giraffe balls. But I still supported them anyway. When my new wheels & tires were installed on my wifes car, I barely could keep the car on the road from all the shaking. I brought it back and the problem could not be resolved and a short dude who must have been the owner along with a bald headed dude who thought that he was the owner, told me that's just the way it is and the problem must be my car. It drove fine with worn tires. I went to Danny's Tire world and they re-balanced my wheels and the problem went away. Just like my business at Automotive Gear!!!

Yep!! I know a couple of people that work there and that still didn't help me out. When I talked to one of the shop guys later off the premisses , he told me that they rush the work so much with the new hire guys that are untrained so that the shop management people can sit around and browse girlie sites online or just watching TV in the front office. He told me that the owner of the place is scared to tell them anything because he is a dumbass and can't run the place.

Man they have high ass prices and a scary looking crew that works in the shop. Roll up another one and get me a beer seems to be their moto.

Don't go to Dwayne's Car Care Center, either!!! Dwayne is very rude, lazy and unprofessional. My friend went in with her son to have his car inspected, as she has with all their family vehicles for years. Dwayne was sitting at the front desk, reading the newspaper and said that they would inspect on Monday. This was at 2pm on Friday, inspections are done M-F til 4:30, according to the inspection sign. He said they were "too busy", as he looked her in the eye and kept turning the pages of the newspaper. This continued for quite a while, as he refused...then he ignored her all together. What kind of person treats people that way...much less a customer. Sure, it was only for an inspection, but I sure don't make $10 for 5min of work!!

had them spray in a bed liner for me didn't last a year, it was peeling off and real thin in others. they didn't sand it down good in areas and it never bonded right

Bad service with an attitude from the owner all the way down to sales staff and installers. Never goin back. I can't believe that those racist are still in business.
