Its no surprise at all that Judah is a crook. The hidden story is that so many people are so greedy and foolish that they would "invest" via buying his bogus securities solely for the higher interest yields.
Like Madoff, people might best consider WHY guys like Judah are paying them 10% for his loans when prime borrowers are able to get money at 3.25%. Greed is the reason these types are able to borrow 40 million on air !
