Trial begins for former Macedon Police officer

The trial began today for a former Macedon police officer. Heath Farabell is facing felony charges for criminal trespassing, filing false documents and lying to a grand jury.

Is this a prerequisite for a public job; that you must know how to play both sides of the law, and then actually do it?
