When reached for comment on Friday, Pomierski deferred comments to his attorney Robert Schauer. "I truly believe what's going to come out of this is nothing," Schauer said. "When all the smoke clears, you'll see there isn't anything there."

Sounds like Pomierski's attorney/planning commissioner is going to need an attorney.

Finally they have arrived in the corruptest county on the planet. better late than never.

When they get done in upland they can go to the SB County Rgistar of voters and see for there selfes that we do not have a secure voting process. I was there on election night and from the corruption was well and live on election night from the sequoia 400 c hackable voting machines spitting ballots on the floor to the wires that go from the counting machines to the main server where not in plain view anyone could of gotten into the drop ceiling that is over the counting machines and the main server room next door it is also my contention as I stated at the BOS meeting two weeks ago that the vote was skewed. I know we the voters in SB County are not the brighest bulbs on the tree but no way jose do I believe that Biane and Ovitt actually won and then we come to the horrible death of little baby Wyatt because of lazy judge Lemkau and the Hosking families galant run to unseat this tyrant and in no way do I believe that Lazy Lemkau got 1/3 rd of the vote.

"We're all in waiting mode," Thomas said. "Clearly, there's a lot more questions than there are answers. The FBI and IRS are keeping their cards close to their chests. It may be a fishing expedition and they're hoping to find something."

Sure Tom... the FBI's on a fishing expedition. Are they trying to catch Shamu?

Yea, right, this is a fishing expedition. The FBI had nothing better to do. Those butterflies must be running wild in the mayor's stomach. Won't be long till he wants to make a deal to save his hide. I wonder what kind of info he has to offer and on who?(Burum, colonies?)

This reporter needs to get there facts right. There is no relations between Statewide Bancorp and Venture West. They are two separate corporations and owners. This search warrant was for Venture West Capital which is its own company. Venture West and Statewide just happen to share office space.

By the way, Nice name. I always contended Rutherford was in Burum's pocket. Thanks for confirming that and letting everyone know who not to vote for.

Where there's smoke, there's fire. The Feds have barely scratched the surface. Any bar that names itself after an illegal substance is totally sketchy. Throw them all in the big house.
