No matter what happened, it was an ACCIDENT, and may this young man rest in peace. My sympathies to his extended family and friends.

He was speeding. Possibly on the cell phone also. The entire engine compartment of his truck was lodged under the back of the trailer. Very sad for all who had to witness.

doesn't really matter if he was drunk (which he wasn't) doesn't matter if he was on his cell phone (which he wasn't).. or if he wasn't paying attention, it was an accident and now he's dead.. he's still somebosy's family, and friend. RIP kique.. you will be missed..

Actually it does matter, in the sense that had he been paying attention, or not texting, or not drunk, or whatever caused the acident, he would be alive. The point is that luckily, his behaviour only resulted in his own death and not someone else's. It wasn't an accident, there were a series of mistakes made that led up to the point of impact. To simply say it was an "accident" is an easy way to absolve him of any responsibility, but it is not accurate.

An accident is an accident, we all have had them at one point or another usually we come out of it ok and we learn to be more attentive, unfortunetly he did not get that second chance. I am a dispatcher and know how that split second can change everything. Please be more respectful. Kike RIP at least you will be with your mom.

i live in arkansas, though i spent my elementary years attending margaritta in montclair. to bash a dead person, no matter how he died, is in poor taste. just makes me glad i live where people come together and try to help people, not add more pain.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Taurus

Keep calm! Your emotions are becoming increasingly heightened and intense today. As a result, you're likely to take things much more seriously than usual. That's wonderful if you're involved in a hot and heavy encounter with Mr or Ms Right, but it won't be such good news if you go overboard about silly trifles. If you're doing some last-minute shopping you'll want to be as extravagant as your budget allows. Or is it a case of Budget...? What budget?
