May as well save your money and live in El Monte or Baldwin Park.
They will kill you there as well as in Chino Hills.

What idiotic comments are you making? It was a domestic issue completely unrelated to the city of residence.

Any parent who kills his/her own child is a selfish monster. Kill yourself if you are unhappy, but leave your children alone. As a parent, I could not conceive of hurting my children let alone killing them. Poor sweet girl. RIP.

Half the crimes in Pomona, Compton, South LA, and other wonderful places to live in the soutland are unrelated to the city of residence, too.

But I wouldn't want to live there. Go live there if you want.

i'm not into eastern religion, but it does seem that karma has a way of taking care of mean people.
just to let you know, the dad killed his daughter and then himself. the mom found her daughter first and then the dad in another part of the house..
i know more about it - EXACTLY what happened - but can't post it because it's an ongoing investigation and they haven't done a press release that includes the details that i know about.
i live here, so i knew what happened within the hour.

Daughter dead, father committs suicide? Sounds to me like this man was molesting his daughter and figured the only way out was to kill them both. Mark my words, that's what we'll all find out about this selfish sicko.

What exactly is your point? Are you comparing Chino HIlls to Compton? I guess you just don't get it that domestic violence occurs ANYWHERE and isn't indicative of the safety or wealth of the city.

I live in a very quiet, wealthy neighborhood. About ten years ago, a young man took a shot gun to his mom and sister. In their driveway, like others on this street, two Mercedes Benz S class cars. A child of immense privilege committed two murders two houses down from me.

So from your perspective, my neighborhood isn't desirable because of these DOMESTIC murders? I've lived here for over twenty years, and I love it and feel perfectly safe if that's possible outside of "no-murders-here" Walnut.

I am not sure why you have focused on the neighborhood of this tragedy, but this young girl's life was horribly taken and stressing the socio-economic background of her city is ludicrous.

From what I understand about Karma, it relates to how an individual either gets his or her reward or punishment for past behavior. How does a seven-year-old little girl have bad karma to merit being murdered? How "mean" can a seven-year-old be?

NOT ABOUT KADEE!!!!!! OH MY GOSH, NO WAY!!!!

I am referring to the MEAN people on this post who do know the involved people - and sit in judgment of someone who was obviously mentally ill and could not "see" his daughter when he hurt her.

What he did was wrong and all that, but I am not God. I just can't call him bad names and condemn him to hell. That's not my job, that's God's job.

I think...what if his wife reads these? She must be going through such torment... rage and anger then inconsolable pain and grief... and then to read this stuff - and have to "relive" that moment over and over again...?

I feel such empathy for the whole family... those still on this earth and those who have departed - because of the MEAN people on this blog.

The "karma" is for the mean people who have passed judgement on that family...not just on the dad - they have passed judgement on the whole family.

How do you know her life was taken? The official cause of death is not out. It could have been food poisoning.

My kids live in the Wilshire district of LA. They have murders there all the time because only blocks away criminals live there.

FWIW, I would not live there for all the money in the world. I do not care if my neighbors have a lot of money. Maybe they earned it through selling drugs and they have gang hits there all the time.

You live in CH all you want. I will stay in Walnut.

At least the asians here are not going to mug me. I wish I could say the same for the folks in CH.

Money may or may not have anything to do with it. I do know that murders tend to bring down property values regardless of the cost of property in the area.

I know FOR SURE how she died and how he died. I have first hand eye witness knowledge and am not in a position to say how or why I know. I live in the area, but I do not live in that neighborhood.

It was not food poisoning. It was a tragic murder and then a suicide in two separate areas of the property. Notice I did not say two different rooms in the house like the news reports say.

When the police finish their investigation as to why it happened, then the truth will be revealed.

And even when the truth come out - it will still be a very very very sad tragic event. The truth is not going to change that fact.
