I just wanted to say I think President Obama has done a great job so far. Health Care Reform is just around the corner. Something this country needs badly. I give the President a grade of A for his first year. I know he will be re-elected again and I look forward to see what great things he will accomplish in the future. I know this post will bring out all the angry Republicans and their lies but I don't care. There are more of us than you. If not so then Obama would not be President. I also think many people who are against the President are just plain racist. They hide behind other things that white sheets but they are still racist. I am not trying to change anyone's mind on politics. I just want to honor our President!

Yeah he is monitoring everything from Hawaii. Just had anoter terrorist incident in Detrot, guess he will increase his monitoring. I thought he was going to talk to the Musulim Terrorist and we were going to have an understanding with them. He talked they are attacking. He is now in the monitoring and the reviewing stage. Wow! What a dynamic leader!

I just hope if the attacking continues he moves to the reality stage and that is the stage where we are at war with people who want to eiter convert us aor kill us and they are willing to die to do it. Wonder when he will reach the reality stage?

He is a real "Water Walker", he is unbelievable. Never thought I would live to see the miracles he has performed since he has been in office. He has convienced people that he has gotten the health care mess fixed ,the terrorist under control and stopped the climate from warming. This is not small accomplishment. In past I have seen politicians who could convience some of the people they could doo some of this but not all of it. Takes a "Water Walker" to convience people the answer to all things. He is one.

must be easy to talk about the war when you don't have to go fight it.

Must be easy to make false assumptions of another human being. How do you know this person hasn't fought in it? Quite frankly, I also agree with him. Do you wish to make the false assumption that I haven't fought in it?

I believe the war is comming to us on our own soil. In fact it looks to me as if it already has and everybody except a few and the current president sees it.

In case anybody is wonder , I did my war and some other people`s too. That does not make me an authority on it but when people are shooting at Americans on their own soil and trying to blow up airplanes in American airspace, I do not think it helps to deny it is happening. It is happening.

This president just needs to admit it and let`s get on with doing whatever it takes to win the fight and end it.

The president is calibrating the response to the latest terrorist incident.

I for one think the President is doing a very good job. As everyone knows, it was Bush and his cronies that got us into TWO wars. I still get sick when I hear the phrase, "Weapons of Mass Destruction". The previous administration was a joke! I also remember when the Twin Towers were hit and Bush was flying around trying to find a safe place for him to be. This country was in a mess due to the Republican domination of Washington. The economy was horrible. Even Bush at the last was trying to bail out banks, etc. I am giving Obama a chance to try and make things better. Anyone that does not think health care in this country is horrible has their head stuck in the sand. I know the health reform will be passed and I hope later down the road "public option" can be reinstated. Everyone deserves to have good health insurance. I didn't see the Republicans do anything for health care during their long eight years! What ever you have to say negative about President Obama he is still doing a better job than Bush ever did. He sure can't do any worse. Get use to the Obama administration for I know they will be in office for 8 wonderful and productive years! Republicans, Get over it, you lost!!!!

Obama could very wellbe in office for 8 years, hard to say. I do not see the Republicans fighting hard enough or there conservatives who do not like him resisting hard enough.

I do not buy anything that i know is from a Democrat leaning store. How do I know ?I ask, real simple am only going to do business with conservatives period. I will not vote for any candidate that I even believe might be a Democrat .

I also intend to blog, donate my time and some money to conservative causes. At least I know if I lose it was not because I did not give it all I had.

I do not believe what they have done to Health Care is going to help many people. A simple public option might have been the answer for those who wanted it and leave the rest of us alone. A Democrat can`t leave a person alone they have to try and manage their lives for them and thank you I can manage my own.

I will not be voting for any Democrats or liberal leaning Republicans.

I am an Independent. I voted for Obama because I did not like what had happened to our Country in the last eight years. We are in two wars that we should have never started. Invading countries is not the way to fight terrorism. We have lost too many good young men and women in both wars. I hope Obama will soon bring all the troops home. If Bush could not win the wars in 8 years then we need to call it quits. The Russians were there for a very long time. We need to quit trying to be the police of the world. If either administration would secure our boarders only then would America truly be safe. I think a few people became richer than they were while we were fighting Iraq. Mainly these people were in the Bush Administration. In my opinion neither party is perfect. This electon I leaned toward Obama and I will probably vote for him in the next election. The only person on the horizon for the Republicans is Sarah Palin. I hate to say it but she is plain funny. She needs to have a talk show, not live in the White House. I have seen too much dishonor in the Republican Party. They have lowered themselves to telling outright lies, etc. I think history will be kind to President Obama. On the other hand I think history will place Bush & Cheney as the worst administration ever. America did wake up and by large numbers they voted for obama. If we don't always agree with the President I think we should at least have respect for our sitting President. I would hate to think I vote Republican because my daddy voted that way or that's the party my grandparents belong too. I hear this so much from people in Scott County. Sometimes I will ask a person what they think about a certain major figure in the Republican party or something the party just did. I am always amazed when the answer is I don't know who you are talking about. I "think" for myself. I listen and watch what each party is doing. I make up my own mind. This time the Democrats sure won hands down. The right person is in the White House. Instead of complaining about him why not try and help him and this country to come out of the whole Bush put us in. Just my thoughts.

How long is it going to take the current occupant of the White House to learn there is more to to being president than traveling around the country glad handing celebrities, watching basketball and making a speech?

This guy was a terrorist, had trained as a terrorist and intended to kill a group of Americans, yet The current occupant of the White House, blew it off ,went into seclusion in Hawaii, until the facts overwhelmed him and the enemy and the press pointed out to him it was a deliberate attack intended to kill Americans on American Soil and they were training more to do the same.

So far I am not impressed with this elected offical who occupies the White House.

One thing I am very proud of President Obama is he has restored the diginity of the office. He has reaced out to countries of the world and we again have the respect of major countries in the world. The attitude of George Bush, shoot and then ask questions, bring em in dead or alive, etc. I could go on and on. To solve the problems of the world we have to "work" with other countries. President Obama has achieved this completely. I am so tired of the birthers, tea baggers, etc. Anyone that does not think Obama is not born in the United States is either insane or just plain old stupid. I'm sick of Republicans saying obama is a Muslem. My God, he and his family belongs and attends a "Christian" church. I have never in my life seen so called Christains get on this band wagon. If you ask me not very Christain at all. I think some Republicans want to say he is a Muslem and in reality they are really wanting to use the "N" word. I think Obama reacted correctly and promptly with this lastest terror attempt. With the world so connected with all the modern day communications Obama was on top of it all. Some people just chooses to ignor this. I could use the story how Bush played up to the t.v. camera's with his landing on the ship in full military gear with the huge banner "mission accomplishement". Strange how the war with Iraq continued for many years. I don't feel Obama has done anything that will compare with that! I also like the fact we have a very intelligent President. It is so refreshing to hear Obama speak after hearing for years Bush hardly ever using words with more than five letters. We all know that he was a puppet for his closest people in his administration. I will add I had much respect for his Father and his administration. Closing I want to add I watched John Beck last night. All I can say is that man is plumb crazy! It is sad that some Republicans looks up to him and Rush L. as great speakers for the Republican party! To me, that is scary!!!

Opinions are like noses, everybody has one. This is mine. He is no better or worse than Bush. We are in trouble with the kind of leaders we have today and I do not see any good ones with their name in the pot to run against him.

Sarah Palin is not the alternative. If she is the best the Republicans can muster he will be reelected.

I did not vote for him and I most likely won`t in 2012. I am not a Democrat, but if we are going to have a Democrat in the White House, might as well be him.

As for how he handled the latest incident, he did not handle it he reacted to it and in my opinion he reacted as well as any president could. The President has an airborn comm system that keeps him in touch where ever he is, regardlesss of location.

We are going to be attacked from time to time by these people, no president can prevent it. The problem I see with him regarding this issue is he does not appear to take it serious and this attitude flows down the line to the people who are directly responsible fcor the security. Bush over reacted and underperformed so that was just as bad.

The best defense we as Americans have against terrorism, poverty, recession or whatever is to devlope our ability to take care of ourselves and look out for each other. I do not believe the government is the answer to every problem. I do not believe Obama is some kind of God or Saint or whatever, he is just a human like the rest of us.

Other people can believe whatever they like, but just do not try and force ideas on me that I do not believe. I do not like Democrats and don`t have much use for Republicans. I think the Democrats are idiots and the Republicans are crooks.

It took only 72 hours for Obama to make a statement about the lastest terrorist threat with the man on the plane. Republicans and especially Dick Cheny are on every channel putting him down for taking so long. Are they just dumb or do they need to be reminded that it took Bush 6 long days before he came out and responded to the shoe bomber terrorist on the plane. I think the Republicans needs a reality check!

I think that the president was in contact wiith the people who were handling the plane incident all the time. He waited to make a statement until he got the facts in and I think this is his style of operating . He thinks things over before he opens his mouth. N ot a bad idea, if you think about it. sounds like I like him. I do not like or dislike him. I do not care for some of the pepople he has chosen to advise him as Czars and am more concerned about the influence Pelosi has over him than I am him. She has a lot of power and influence at this point in time and it needs to be curbed.

This president has inherited a big mess and it will take a long time to resolve and he is no magician. If I see progress toward resolving the issue of unemployment and the war I will feel he is doing as good as can be done. The real problem with unemployment is we aree reling too much on imports , should be making the things we use instead of buying them from China or someplace else. This war is going to take a while and it is not going to end just because we pacificy Afaganstain, if we ever do that. I doubt he will ever be able to totaly win it, we are in this for a long time unless we decide to convert to being a musulim. I do not see that happening anytime soon. So we are i a fight, he will comne to see that sooner or later. Just wish he would seen it sooner.

i will withhold judgement on if to vote for him in 2012 or not. Depends on who the republicans put up . At this time I do not see one of their champions that I could vote for, burt congress is another story. We need some balance in the House of representives. Pelosi is out of control and need to be replaced, sooner than later.

This president is getting a rude awakening to the realities of the world. The innocents elected an innocent to lead us. It happens, however it is usually fatal. The innocents are dying in large numbers around the world. He is going to have to face the reality of the world and the type of people who run it and those who want to run it. Neither are really interested in hearing his speeches.

http://www.thedailybeast.com/cheat-sheet/item...

He is the president, the election is over and he has to make the hard calls. Some of these calls are going to cost lives and money. That is the reality of the world.
