everybody makes mistakes,u just have to learn from them. n she has learned her mistakes. she dont hang wit none of them anymore. her kids r her life. u ppl dont need to get on here n judge her escpecially if u aint met her. if u would set down and have a conversation with her, then u would know that she dont know anything about what happened.

She changed her story 3 times.Of course she knows what happened, she admitted to be being there.

Maybe she thought she could admit to being there and get the reward money for telling on the others. Looks like it may have backfired on her. I don't think you can get reward money if you participate in the crime.

I personally don't know any of the people mentioned in this thread, I do have an opinion on the matter. If this girl went with the others involved it doesn't matter if she knew what was going to happen or not. If you are at the scene of a crime and a death occurs then all are charged with the death. From what I can gather maybe she facilitated the murder because she provided the transportation.

this is a cold case,so the law is going to do whatever it takes to convict someone whether they r innocent or guilty. the sheriff n detective randy r trying to make a name for themselves no matter who they hurt in the process. if she gets found innocent she is still ruined. her,her family, and her kids will never be able to live this down. i agree that his family needs justice, but not at the expense of ruining more lives. i would want the one that killed my family to pay too but i would want to be sure that they actually did it. i would not want a innocent person to go to jail.

I dont see how u ppl can get on here n say all this stuff. when uns dont know the whole story. all this is ruining her life not to mention her family. what hapened to the saying innocent until proven guilty. all of uns have her guilty, she has to proove her innocense. uns dont know her and dont know what kind of person she is,if u did u would not b on here saying all this. i for one know her and will vouch for her. she did not do it and she does not know anything. if she did,she would have told along time ago. put urself in her shoes and let the law threatin u and see what u do. yes she was threated but it was by the law.and when she went to tell them the actual truth, they threw the book at her. she has made mistakes in her past but she learned from them and got her life back on track.

All I have to say about people insinuating that this girl would and or never do this is I'm pretty sure that Jodi arias' mom and family said the same thing.

I'm sorry for saying this but if she was there she deserves anything that happens from here on out....so do the "trigger men"....JB wasn't a drug dealer he was a bootlegger...they now have tv shows about Moonshiners....bootlegging aint all that bad. For everyone on here taking up for her you need to be thinking about JBs family and all they have been through...she deserves jail time.

do u know if she was their or if she knows anything...exactly.. so dont say she deserves jail time. she is innocent until proven guilty. his family does need justice,i totally agree, but not at the expense of a innocent person. this case needs to b closed but they need to make sure they get the right ppl involved first. uns would not want to go to jail for sumthing u had nothing to do with.

Have you read the paper? Are you saying that they did not question her when this first happened? That they lied on her, when she told them she was there but went outside? Seems each time she was questioned she had a different story. If she was there, knew about the murder and help covered it up,she is not innocent !

JB was a drug dealer and would sell prescription drugs to his nephews or anyone else that wanted to buy them. He would have been in jail except that he had been friends with Sheriff Jim Carson since they were young and drinking buddies together. He did not deserve to be shot but he was not an upstanding citizen of the community. He was an old drunk. His family didn't even have anything to do with him until his death and they could get on TV and cry about what a good person he was.

So, if a person is not an upstanding citizen they should be treated different? That just don't sound right, every person should be treated equal and fairly. I am sure there is not a perfect person since Christ!!!!!! Sometimes, even when a person or persons are taken before a judge and their peers justice is not always served. But with that said, need to practice what you preach because someday it will come to you or someone in your family. None is good, so to speak.

What are you doing, putting Jesse on trial? Everyone knew that he drank and sold liquor, but this is the first time I have ever heard anyone say that he sold drugs. Did you buy drugs from him? Are you an upstanding citizen? If you are a friend of the family, I don't think you would be saying these things. You are either a disgruntled family member that the immediate family has nothing to do with or you are involved with the murder. Which is it?
