I am not in favor of drugs but I do question how legal this stop was. Windshield obstuction? What does that mean. How is it legal to check a trunk for such a minor stop. It appears the law knew about the drugs. Why do they just admit they knew about the drugs and call it a drug bust?

How about making these clowns SMOKE all that shiite they are hauling......Then shoot them in the head at close range!!!! The drug war is being LOST! There needs to be a serious penalty for having drugs in your possesion. I THINK a bullet to the back of the head would SLOW drug sales down considerably!

If you're a DOPE enough to smoke "weed" (by weed do you mean Mary Jane ???) you are DOPE enough to go on to bigger things. Since "weed" is so harmless lets offer it as an after dinner selection at our local Applebees!!

The car reeked of pot so they searched it. Besides all the empty donut boxes, & frito bags they threw out the window were probably why it was obstructed in the first place.

So now if I use a GPS and a road atlas I quite possibly may be running drugs? Really? Next thing you know the LEO's will call me a murderer because I carry a hammer with me when I travel.

They should have made the LEO get a search warrant, he may have let them go. State Troopers normally don't have drug-sniffing dogs with them. LEO's have NO right to a search -- but they are going to ask and if you allow a search you are stupid.

I imagine that the low-life's had been smoking doing the trip so they, their clothes, and car had the aroma... Stupid.

lets just see something here.....
drug ingredients...
1. cigs=There are over 4,000 chemicals in cigarettes. 51 of them are known to be carcinogenic.
2.alcohol=3. A single dose of alcohol, if large enough, can be lethal.
3.dope(meth)=do I even need to say anything?
4.weed= well its just that a "weed"! this is just a PLANT people! you don't need to add any chemicals or anything!Every other "Drug" is "manufactured" meaning you have to add other components to make the drug. you would have to smoke your body weight in an hour to OD and die using weed! Some can handle it some cant.... Just like alcohol.

They had the crime of being a minority in WI, of course they were going to get pulled over.

Just imagine, if it were legal, that would have generated $30k+ in tax revinue and saved another $50k+ in legal fees! The world must be a safer place now right?....

THIS IS WHY WE DONT HAVE SPACE OR MONEY TO KEEP THE CHILD RAPISTS LOCKED UP. I dont smoke pot but ive been around long enough to understand that it is less harmful than alcohol and causes less death and destruction by its mere use. Drug dealer is where it gets full of crime. Legalize it already. The people that still think that smoking it leads to hard core drug use...well you all probably watched those propaganda movies of the 50's or 60's. Too much Dragnet. Much of this is coming from Mexico if not most. Just let them grow it here..tax it. Less deadly than cigarette smoking and alcohol traffic deaths. Too much ignorance to change public opinion. Drug war my az-z. The govt is involved in the drugs right from the crop in Afghanistan. And the CIA has been in this crap for decades. Do some reading and research dumb hicks.
