Are people that desperate and lonely to stalk some one? If you would of treated her right the first time, for instance, do a load of laundry or dishes or take her out to dinner. If you are that loney go spend a twenty at a bar and buy a lady a drink. she will call you honey all night. Try the 4th street saloon on broadway or louis bar on payne ave. dont be so cheap and leave that x wife alone!!!

given that it was a bitter custody battle- and knowing the WI DARO laws, no wonder this guy went to the extreme. Now he gave he more ammo... played right into her hand! Any sap can tell that the first thing the mom wants to do in a custody battle is claim she was a victim of abuse. Even the lawyers say that gives the upper hand. If they use a 'shelter', that makes things worse, but opens the door to free money- see, these shelters are generally backed by federal and state money- unless the case is 100% mans fault (she never raised her voice, etc) then the man has every right to recieve the same assistance. Pisses the DA's off, as well as the shelter, because they can't support both sides, as the law says they have to support the victim. And if the shelter denies, then they are liable for discrimination suit. A college law group with judicial assistance in WI actually faked multiple scenarios out to prove the point- it was bought hook line and sinker. They recorded the shelter workers telling the 'victim' how to use words, how to speak, and to NEVER admit that she argued or was involved. Even the assistant DA was involved, as well as the attorney.(Unfortunately, this was in violation of the SCR and ABA rules of conduct.)Recorded conversations even encouraged the females to push every button she can and to deny access to the children, and to use every opportunity to claim victim. The project was terminated and quickly swept under the rug as it exposed the WI Statutes and the one sided way it works, and how it ruinsd lives and families. The problem- the funds gets cut if the program is changed. But what a revalation to the system. Unfortunately, this guy never took a step back. If you are reading this and know of folks close to you in the same path- heed this information: begin keeping records and sharing information- Ask for assistance from the 'shelter' and see what happens. Demand equal treatment. File suit if they refuse to assist. If they receive public funding, they can be terminated if they fail. Remember- the shelters get PAID to have victims and prosectutions. But they cant take both parties down equally. The law prohibits it. Expose the lies and corruption, and make things public. The system is not designed to save families or parent-child relationships, it is designed to get bodies in the system. More bodies, more funding. And the only way to change the Statutes is to apply pressure to the law makers by spreading the word and via public uproar.

Here's a thought...READ THE FRICKING ARTICLE before you go calling someone "judgemental" about the facts. Right in the title it clearly says "ex-wife". Do you think he was tracking her because he thought she may be cheating on her new boyfriend? Awwww, how thoughtful! A perfect husband during the marriage? Sure, with a history of domestic violence. Try getting your facts straight. Doorknob.

Yes, Read the article!! The MOMMY COURTS bend over backwards to screw the man over. WHY?? Because they know if Dad gets the kids, end of money stream. And who found this GPS device?? Probably some taxpayer paid family law, women's shelter parasite that openly, by only "defending" the Human Female, denied the Father equality under the law and due process. So what about the kids how will they be taken care of by this "well traveled female"??

I agree with you on this one. My son-in-law is going through a similar battle with his bitter, unhappy, crazy ex-wife. The shelter and the court appointed 'guardian ad lidem" have been using the children to manipulate the county attorney and judge in the county in which they live. The lies they drill into the children are so evil it is unimaginable that the justice system and the legilators in WI continue to support this behavior. WI is so BACKWARDS - not all women are good mothers, there are a lot of women in WI who have left their husbands to be with someone who they presume has more money - only to find out there is no money; the women are then very bitter and take it out on the ex-husband - especially if the ex-husband finds someone who truly loves him and they try to make a life for themselves and their blended family. Then all sh-- hits the fan because the ex-wife no longer controls the ex-husband; the WI system allows the ex-wife to use every imagineable trick, lie and manipulation to get back at the ex-husband to make him just as miserable as she is because she no longer has control over her own life.

Nobody's business but her own. People dont have the right to pry into others affairs. just because you were married to someone doesnt make that person your property. You must be proud of yourself trying to dig dirt up on people.

This was the EX wife he was stalking. There is no reason to be tracking her whereabouts since she is no longer his business. Period.

It is the right of the mother to tend the child. Every trick you say so following around the woman with a gps is not a trick. give me a break. It is a mans job to move on if the woman doesnt want him around. It is a womans world shut up and pay your allimony.

Even if they are still married he has no right to track and control her like that. People have the right to privacy. Married or not. If you dont like your spouse to be treated like a human being with respect to their privacy then do a favor and leave. And if she wants to mess around or do drugs like others people wrote that is her business dont like it leave and find someone else

welcome to the year 2009 not 1909. woman make more than men nowadays. It is those mommy courts that have been protecting woman from the likes of you and your controlling ways. When was the last time you lifted a finger around your house before your woman left you. I am going on my 17th year and I would never follow my wife or snoop in her stuff. and I get off my dead behind and help. Noone leaves a house that is pleasant.

I dont need to even read the article because I know their kind. Its the courts fault and lawyers fault or the new boyfriends fault. the mean courts are taking all of my money. the mean exwife is talking bad about me to the kids. I cant get a new girl friend because my ex wife told all the women bad things about me. My job fired me cause of garnished wages and not projecting a family image. BE A MAN PAY YOUR CHILD SUPPORT AND MOVE ON AND LET HER HAVE HER WAY FOR ONCE IN HER LIFE.
