Look the names up on Wisconsin Circuit Court Access website page...sad story here...but alcohol is a DRUG and (anything) can happen under the influence especially this high of BAC. In this case the poor gal became someone's victim while she was under the influence. Feel so badly for the young gal and her family though...what a horrible thing to go through. Hopefully the courts will put this guy away forever and ditch the key! Pray for this family for continued strength.
