Why is killing someone while driving drunk any different than shooting them? He made the choice to drink and drive, he should spend 30 years in jail, not less than 6. This guy will end up killing again...

I think there is a difference in sentencing based on whether you kill an innocent bystander versus killing another drunk in your own car that made their own decision to risk their life. Anyone know for sure if that is correct or not?
