I don't know Rachel but from what I hear she a loving kind Mother. Matt is/Like Family. He been there for my whole family when we lossed my lil brother. Everyone drives drunk. There not one person who hasn't/Doesn't drive drunk no matter what you say. When I was that age I never thought about how I was getting home or who I was putting at risk. No one has room to talk about anyone what if it wasn't Rachel & Matt, but it was your own kid. Keep your opiniona to yourself this isn't the time to judge Rachel and Matt your both in my prayers. Pull through this for your lil Guy's sake.

Shows how irresponsible you are. Why do you go out of your way to defend unlawful behavior??

Just because this news article says that police believe alcohol was a factor in the crash doesn't mean she was drunk! Nebraska DUI Law states that the BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) is 0.08%, therefore you can have a drink or two and not be drunk and still be okay to drive. Are police going to assume alcohol was a factor if they can smell alcohol on the driver? YES! How many drinks is it going to take for police to be able to smell alcohol on someone? ONE! So you all have no room bashing her saying she was drunk until you have seen her BAC results and only if them results state that her BAC was over 0.08%! Hell maybe she had been somewhere, not drinking but others were and she got alcohol spilled on her, she would smell like alcohol and police would say that they believe alcohol was a factor. So until the FACTS have been presented NO BODY has any place bashing her!

the woman was drunk with her kid in the car. if she gave a s$%# then idk she might have not had a drink before she decided to drive her car with her child in it. I hope she loses her kid forever to teach her a lesson.

What 'kid' are you referring to?
