Really does it take a rocket scientist to see that he is a piece of shiat. That kennel should have been closed when they raided it. What kind of retards are allowing this fool to stay open. He continues to not follow the law and still keeps animals in filthy conditions. Yet he is allowed to stay open.....Those dogs were allowed to stay with matted fur and under weight. WHat? Please I think that PETA should be notified of this .....Just remember if the court system can allow dogs to be kept this way just imagine how it is for the kids in foster care....

''We don't have the authority to seize them unless they're in danger,'' he said.

This system is absurd. Are other states this bad?

He claimed that he sold the kennel several months ago. The state needs to end this guys involvement with animals. This SOB needs to be locked in a cage filled with crap and left there...

He sells alot of dogs over the internet. People around here know he is crap. I bet those dogs are certain breeds and if they could talk would say they were probably stolen or something. That is why he doesn't have paperwork, because he probably doesn't want them traced. Time for someone to hack into his website and shut it down or something.

Instead of suspending the license and taking the dogs, how about some serious jail time? Doesn't sound like anything less will make an impression on this moron.

Unfortunately the 'System' is getting in the way of what everyone knows needs done. This business needs to be closed. He needs to be permanently prohibited from owning any animals or any business associated with animals. The sad part is that these animals will have to suffer until the System works through all of his appeals and any other nonsense that his lawyer can come up with.

Unfortunately, the laws and punishment for animal abuse are not equal to the misery that the animals go through. I am for punishment in the same manner as the abuse. This guy should be locked in a cage and left there to spend time in his own filth, most likely without proper food and water as well. Stricter laws are needed NOW and repeat offenders should be barred from ever having a licence again.

The mockery of the law, pain of the innocent animals and outrage of the decent public continues. Who is the proper state senator for Allentown, who is the proper congressman? It is past time to escalate this concern to people who can and WILL shut this criminal down for good.

I say we lock him up in one of his own feces covered pens , feed him as little food and water as he feeds his animals and poke him with a stick everytime he says something. I live less than a 1/4 mile away from him and it turns my stohmach every time I have to drive by. Our government needs to be changed NOW.... there is no reason in the world to have laws that allow this kind of abuse and disregard for the law.

on PETA's website they have an email form that you can fill out and send to them if your local law makers are not doing any thing to help abused animals. If every one filled the form out maybe PETA would get involved and then something would be done.....

Ryder said the 30 dogs from New York remain at the kennel.''We don't have the authority to seize them unless they're in danger,'' he said.

''Most of the dogs from New York were matted and in need of proper grooming,'' Donmoyer wrote.''Some of the dogs observed appeared to be underweight.''

In her report, Donmoyer wrote that Eckhart did not have information about the 30 new dogs in his records, nor did he have proof of current vaccinations or detailed records on the animals.

Now if these dogs do not have vaccinations and are in need of grooming and matted up, underweight, that is a danger to them and their health, get them out of there NOW.
HOW MANY MORE DOGS or PUPS HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE THE STATE IS TO CHICKEN AND GOV. RENDELL TO DO SOMETHING....

It's painfully obvious to me - and the dogs at his "kennel" - that the laws in this country protect the criminals. PERIOD.

I live down the road from this jerk. I guess I just don't understand why he still has the sign posted on the property. I see puppies/adult dogs outside all the time with lots of people. What the heck is going on? If his license was denied, why is he still operating. What a low life!

This loser is laughing all the way to the bank because he knows there are no PA laws that have been able to stop him thus far. Keep contacting the PA Department of Agriculture to make them shut this guy down. Tell everyone you know to boycott his business. It's hard to believe anyone in this area would even buy a dog from this idiot after all of the negative publicity he has received.

The so-called "new law" is a nothing law. Thanxx to Governor Eddie Spaghetti and the Legislature for nothing. You can look these individs in the eye and know you are dealing with the "Mask of Sanity" (behind which reside folk who are utterly deranged. Eckhart is a psychopath but what is their excuse?

Johnny please re-read my article, we both are saying the same thing basically, just giving good ole Gov. Rendell the chance to redeem himself. Actually it will take Congress to shut this meat head down for good, if he gets shut down here in PA, Psychopath, meat head, Almost Hell will just move to another state, we need FEDERAL Laws to shut him down for good. So contacting your local congressman is a great start...just don't give up in the name of these poor suffering animals.
