I would like to "ditto" the first two people. How could these innocent loving dogs have been left behind! Did the judge really think that this scum would change into a good person? No...he is still breeding for cash. I just knew that this was going to happen! I knew it!! Is the pet shop at the plaza by Cracker Barrel still selling animals? Those two are related. The placemelled from lack of keeping it clean. People protested, but the laws that include animal cruelty live on!

Low life PA trailer park mentality. It runs rampant in this state.

I just read on that this sorry excuse for a human being was allowed to keep 25 dogs..."the allowable amount permitted by law without a kennel license". How is he allowed to keep any animals?!! I feel very bad for those 25 remaining who had a glimpse of hope of being rescued but then were left behind. Does anyone know who to petition to have all of these poor animals removed?

Now to see Skippy in a cage, that's the picture I'd love to see and a kiddy pool of H20 out of reach!

Thank God....... now if there is real justice hopefully he will be incarcerated in a tiny little jail cell. the only problem with that is our jail system is much too humane for this character... would love to see him sleeping in his own feces and drinking out of his toilet that doesn't flush, like he did to his animals. I feel sorry for the 25 dogs that were left on the property. I am a Upper Milford resident and looking into the actual number of dogs he is allowed to have on his property. maximum nuber is 6 by township zoning. not 25

How aweful that the guy could keep any dogs at all. What did the authorities think when they saw those 25 dogs? How could they have walked out of that kennel without sheading a tear! And knowing that other animals were starving, diseased, a pony starved to death, it was filthy. How unfortunate for these dogs. I don't understand these laws for animals that allow abuse. Did they say "okay, here are 25 dogs to abuse, at least you are within the law so we can't go after you"???

does anyone know what shelters they were taken to? I would like to adopt one.

For crying out loud, what is this-- the 5th time this year this guy's kennel has been in the news? Why isn't the LCB this lenient???

I agree with the comments posted. Why is this guy allowed to keep any dogs, much less hundreds and why is he out of jail? I wonder why he passed all his prior inspections and who looked the other way.

If the authorities did what they were supposed to do and protect these scared little dogs, there wouldn't be someone like Skip. All I can say is that he must be paying them pretty darn good. It is obviously just a job for them, and they have no heart. Hasn't anyone learned a darn thing? I say go after all of them!

He's probably lined up to work at Wentz's Pet Store now. After all his daughter was working there.

This waste of skin deserves to be looked up in a 2 foot by 4 foot cage and forced to sh!-t where he eats and sleeps.

WTF is up with that crazy wanna-be-the-Donald combover? And is his jacket DIRTY? It looks like theres spooge stains on the lapels.

And, to echo just about everyone else on this post, WHY IS HE NOT IN JAIL?

I came from that low life kennel, I lived in a crate for the first 6 months of my life before being saved, I had scarcoptic mange, scabieis, ear mites, stunk so bad that my new Mom couldn't even stand to drive home in the middle of the winter with her windows up! Thank God for people like my New Mom who love me and would give anything they had or risk what she did to get me out of there. We are just so happy it's over for all the dogs who lived there no more suffering, no more pain inflicted upon us, no more starvation, no more being forced to be breed, we can finally be in homes and be loved. My Mom and I are are doing the doodle dance...Special Thanks to Bill White, Attorneys at D.OF Agri. and for the true ones who had the balls to stand up to this Monster!
