Constitution, the President and Congress

The President still defies American people and the Constitution by not obtaining permission for his war against Libya.
Only Congress has the power of declaring war or with the War Powers Act gives President powers to act on their behalf.
As of yet, the President hasn't obtained permission from Congress and is waging his personal war against a sovereign nation in a sad attempt to rescue his foreign policy legacy.
Where are all the Bush haters that came out of the woodwork when the Patriot Act was first inacted? Now that the Democrats own that little piece of legislation they have been awful silent.
Obama and the liberals now own the Patriot Act and we hear crickets chirping.
