Chaos is what is going on. All because of one "man's" personal agenda.

sounds like the school board needs to take control of the school system and reign in their superintendent

they didn't all resign just today. 4 of them were already moved out, Mr. Wilson just made the 5th one. So sad.

Expect every administrator, except his boy Gene Heffington, to "resign". Expect a third or more of the teachers to not be renewed. Expect another 50% to be actively looking for new jobs because the work environment has deteriorated beyond repair. Expect Joshua Powell to fire many tenured teachers illegally. Expect our tax dollars to go toward Joshua Powell's lawyers when he is sued for his illegal actions.

I suggest everyone read the Letter to the Editor in this past Wednesday's edition of the Mt. Sterling Advocate newspaper.

Is Mr. Ramey going to be principal at Mapleton? I like him but heard he wants to resign too.

Plenty of new teachers needing jobs hire new ones and start fresh.

Mr. Wilson is one of the finest principals that has ever been at MCHS. He is a lot like Mr. White. He will be missed. Another loss for Montgomery County.

Even the two Board members that did not vote for Joshua Powell are helping him advance his agenda. They will not reign him in. They all need to go. So does the state rep Henderson that essentially brought Joshua Powell here, as a favor to his state rep friend from the Union County area.

To Well, your suggestion to hire all new teachers that are wanting jobs is absurd. I am not in education now so I have nothing to gain or lose. However I can tell you that getting rid of all the older experienced teachers would be the worst idea ever. Who is left to mentor the new ones ? Who is left to input years of experience ? Old does not equal "washed up" especially in education. This school system is going to suffer when the experience walks out or is forced out the door.

Interesting how "golfer" and "Hope" are both have the uncommon "AOL" under their screen names and post just minutes apart from each other. And both think it is a "great day" in Montgomery County relating to Mr. Wilson resigning. You're probably Joshua Powell's ugly wife coming on here to try to defend him because you can't stand it that everyone hates him.

Let me tell you, Interesting. I'm the same person, I'm my own person, and my family was destroyed by these OWNED, LAW BREAKERS!

My ears have been open through "our" comunity too. You would be surprized how many people are tickled pink that "change you can believe in" has arrived!

Tell me this, "Ineresting", how does a child get through school and not be able to count change, or tell time with all of the GREAT people that worked there? Just tell me got dam it!

You are posting under multiple names because you want people to think more people have your point of view. It isn't fooling anyone. You wouldn't have to do that if more people actually were on your side. At least you admit you are doing it.

Two things are most responsible for a child's success in school: 1) parental involvement, and 2) genetics. If your child failed you should look in the mirror regarding no. 1. Based on diction like "got dam" instead of the properly written "God damn," you should look at your family tree for no. 2. There is a high probability it doesn't have many branches. Besides, the things you mentioned are the responsibility of elementary schools and have nothing to do with Mr. Wilson.

It is also worth noting that you keep saying all these people are law breakers regarding how they do/did their jobs, when the only one that has been proven to have broken any laws by the Kentucky Office of Educational Accountability is your Dear Leader Joshua Powell. Election day is coming, and that will indeed be a great day for Montgomery County!

I see the same 3 tardo's are on here changing their names, and crying, because another one gets fired, or should I say resigns. LOL

I told you crybabies it was coming. You either straighten your act up, and teach, and treat these kids like you're supposed to, and like you're getting paid to do, or hit the high road.

I love it. The kids are so much happier, the parents are happier, the grades are all improving. This should have been done years ago!

Oh.., and to the one tardo that keeps saying only one.... What say you now? Everyone knows there's been alot more than one, and more to come. I've been trying to tell you to do your jobs, he's serious, you slack on our kids, you're gonna be looking for another line of work.

There you go! This post is an example of why you lost your taxpayer supported job!!

See, thats the way the old administration figured things.
1. Its the parents responcibility to teach our children, not the school..
2. If children can't learn by comming to our school, their just retards and we can't do anything about that..So, lets not refer them for testing,(that way we can keep that federal money in the general fund for fun things like sports) lets humiliate them by referring them to court..(these families are so stupid they won't know we are actually breaking laws by doing this)

Your wrong again. The whole district was found to be in violation for laws that were broken..That can be "proven", by calling KDE!

Why use language such as "tardo" or "retards"? If you are truly for the children then drop these from your vocabulary. Other than that all of you blind mice can continue to argue with each other.
