Caused by yet ANOTHER semi driver I bet. Someone needs to stop the truckers from killing our loved ones!!! Get them off the road they are too dangerous!!

He was hit by another pickup, not a semi.
And before you take the truckers out of commission, you damn well better learn to spin, weave, grow a garden, ride a horse, and learn to generate power with a windmill to run that computer you're so fond of.

It was kirks fault. He did not have any brake lights and could have easily passed the first wrecked car, but instead he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing. As to the passenger and driver, neither of them were injured. I was with the EMS that responded. They both refused treatment because they said they were ok. The other driver couldn't get over in time to avoid kirk's vehicle due to traffic in the passing lane. He actually saved a few lives, in my opinion for swerving at the last second just barely hitting the bumper of kirks truck and by not running the other vehicle into the median in order to spare kirks truck.. Sad situation. Not to mention, it was as foggy as crap and still pitch black dark outside that morning, which didn't help. Whats I don't understand is why kirk didn't just go around the first wreck in order to avoid any more trouble. All he was saying, 2 or 3 times, was that he had just painted and fixed up his truck, not showing any concern for anybody's life being in danger.
