Decades Old Cold Rape Cases Allegedly Solved

For nearly thirty years, four women have had to worry that the man who raped them was still at large.

Considering that some of these cases go back to the mid-to-late 1970s, has anyone crosschecked DNA from Buzbee against the July 24, 1975 sexual assault and fatal beating of Kathy Lynn Beatty? This occurred right in the heart of Aspen Hill.

Buzbee's DNA allegedly matches a rape from 1977, according to charging documents.

Previous to this recent laying of charges, common public belief was that Buzbee was not active in the Aspen Hill area until the early 1980s. This new set of charges sets a new timeframe on Buzbee's activities.

Does anybody know the results of Nov 6th hearing?(Buzbee was indicted & hearing was this past Friday)
