Sorry, I couldn't make the festival. I was in Washington, D.C. with two million other people defending my country and its constitution. Wine festival? Good choice of coverage, Evening Sun. There were four carloads of us in one caravan and we ran into other Adams Countians on the Metro. Sorry you missed it. You may have learned something.

I hope that you made a difference by being there, but, the wine tasting was really nice and think I'd go back to it again. Maybe you can make the Pleasanthill VFD"s wine tasting in a couple of weeks.

First I went to the Chili Drunkfest and now the Winofest. I want to thank the organizers for a day full of drinking and getting drunk at both events. I didn't need to sneak my drinks into the joint this weekend, they provided it. We live in a great country. Thank you.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Libra

Someone is shooting from the hip today, making them irascible and all too liable to fly off the handle. Be very wary about provoking them into further outbursts, particularly where the vexed topics of money and sex are concerned. If you're trying to sort out a financial problem you will also be prone to losing your rag and banging your fist on the table. But will that help?
