33-year-old Brian G. Biehl of Noble, IL was arrested Friday morning for being a registered sex offender who failed to notify authorities of a change of address. Biehl allegedly moved from his Rt. 1 Rinard home to Noble without notifying authorities as required by the State of Illinois Sex Offender Registry law. Biehl (pictured at left) is being held in the Wayne County jail under $50,000 bond. Biehl's original conviction is out of Effingham County.

If he did not get out of DOC after 2001 then he has to be on the list for the rest of his life the new law past in 2007
