Looking for a woman who gave birth January 19, 1983 to a boy named Shane. He was adopted around the age of 13 months. He was born at Richland hospital. She was a young mother and last name is believed to be yeagle. Anyone know her?

He had his named change to: Michael Ratcliffe. The person hangs out at the "Fire Side Bar" on thursdays on Whittle Avenue in the City Of Olney within the County Of Richland, Illinois.

not certain I have the last name right but thanks anyway. I'm not a local to your area so it's not easy to just locate her. Hoping someone on here will see the post and know who's being looked for. Thanks anyway

I do believe that in 1983, the local paper, Olney Daily Mail, ran hospital admissions which showed a listing of persons admitted to the Richland Memorial Hospital. Your friend needs to read microfilm copies of the newspaper a day before, day of and a day after his birth. She might be listed along with baby boy.
