BJO hates Jack...and Me...and you can hear him complain right here:

I don't know why he kept bringing my name up...I guess it's just that bond of brotherly love between us.

Mr. Ratcliffe even through 99% of the creit goes to me. You, Mr. Ratcliffe 1% for putting it together. You, Mr. Ratcliffe are at least trying to provide your a far greater person that the Publisher of Disclosure Jack Howser will ever be. You, Mr. Ratcliffe make Jack Howser a loser. The problem with Jack Howser is he needs to stop liable and slannering individuals. No matter how much as he may hate or not hate someone. Every time Jack Howser put all the trash in his news paper, disclosureonline, disclosure face book, com case and a lot more. He, Jack Howser is not providing a qualified truthful publication. Because majority of what Jack Howser put in his publication is is own opinion and not the actual fact. If Jack Howser wood clean his mouth up and his behavior towards others he, Jack Howser would notice a difference in the type of publiction of the trash word he provides yesterday, today, and tomorrow will change. That is why Jack Howser is losing a lot of money and business that he otherwise would have if he was totally different.

Note: If I had to pick between Jack Howser and Micheal Ratcliffe being a person trying to leave their hate behind them and change the way of communication. Mr. Ratcliffe is far greater then Jack Howser on any day. That's why Jack Howser is chicken to stand up like a man and tell the truth and stop committing liable and slannder against individuals just to get off. That's what got the Publisher Of The Disclosure Jack Howser a Order Of Protection on him by his own family member that adopted Jack Howser as a little boy, because his own family did not want Jack Howser.

So Brian, why did you tell the police I was "harassing" you with phone calls? What did I specifically say to you that could be considered "harassment"? I guess I shall have to file disorderly conduct charges against you for lying to the police about our phone conversation...lol

As someone living quite well and safely away from Richland County, I started reading Olney Topix during the unfortunate Brandon Jenkins Debacle.

Hence, I became familiar with BJO II

And frankly, as a person who does not even have a "dog in the fight" that dude...scares me.

I laboriously read through his length and numerous posts, and IMO he is a serious and eruptive time-bomb waiting to happen. There are sexual inuendos "between the lines" of many of his posts.(i.e. in being arrested over the young girls allegedly caught on camera) he belabored the point about his house-mate laying in bed (as was he). He mentioned it so many times that it was like he was trying to get a point across.

I think the people at Disclosure are right - and he's a cat that needs belled and taken seriously - before he goes off the rails and does something that'll be so gruesome that LEOs will have no choice but to take action.

I used to go to Olney regularly, and know people who live there, or who have moved to our neck of the woods for jobs, and it's pathetic what has happened to the Richland County Seat due to the few lineages having strong Miscreant DNA.

six shooter, with bated breath, and cringing stance, I've been wondering how long before he cuts loose with something other than Olympic Quality Body Odor people who are in the same room with him discourse about.

Actually, in my mental plumbing of the situation, I haven't really figued he'd cut lose with a gun, but have had back of mind spectres more in line with Wisconsin's late Ed Gein who was a nationwide name when I was a kid.

IMO there is something inherently potentially dangerous about Mr. Oneill.

As mentioned elsewhere, out of bordeom and tedium, I actually did wade through his posts. But then, I should be excused. I'm the type who if dining along and don't have a newspaper nor book along most certainly WILL read catsup bottle labels, wording on sugar packets, study the menu in detail, just to keep my eyeballs active and happy.

I went a-hunting recently and SOMEbody must've taken down some of Mr. Oneills ramblings from within about the past month's time. See, I well, well remember reading about his discourse as he held forth about Mr. and Mrs. Howzer in bed together in the privacy of their home - as if he were standing their like an Angel of Death (Or Degradation?) somehow voyeuristically...watching.

He also held forth about zombie women from outer space, and skimming those posts (which I meant to carefuly read later on) he yammered on as if he were impregnating zombie women and going to improe some race from who knows where.

In another post he mentioned beautiful Jade Wingard, who has done a great 180 degree turn in life and accused that her little girl was a "met baby" (obviously Meth Baby?) and stated that he would be breeding with Ms. Jade.

I recall at the time he was holding forth on all of this that he was browbeating Mr. Howzer over some court appearance and testing. I thought to myself that if shrinks were reading what Mr. Oneill was publishing on TOPIX...some of them might feel true alarm...because at the minimum personality disorders were evident, and to a trained psychiatrist, perhaps other maladies observed.

HOW many times in a small town community doesn't something go off the rails with a person and warrant national attention for the atrocities? People say, "But he seemed so nice." "We all thught he was just eccentric. Harmless."

One has to wonder about a future culpability if something really, really bad happens in Richland County...and Nationwide Media digs up and smears all over the national airwaves and media that peope were aware and just let 'er ride.

BJO II seems to have disappeared from the pages to the point I've wondered. Ahah! Did someone finally actually "bell that cat"??

He is a time bomb. If not stopped(and he won't be, it's been proven law enforcement does not want to mess with him)he will end up doing something so terrible the consequences won't be pleasant for anyone. Very sad.

You're right, people: a time bomb ticking away, and his mental fuse seeming to get shorter and shorter.

When (not IF) something grisly and gruesome happens, in the back of my mind has been the question...are there various Richland County Authority Figures who, in turning a blind eye, and doing nothing, potentially setting themselves up for (perhaps) a horrendous "wrongful death" lawsuit? Because they knew, it was much talked about and publicized, so it became common knowledge he was allowed to roll around Olney, a loose cannon, and disrupt public meetings the way if a "normal" person went in and stripped-a-gear-like-that at a meeting...chances are THEY would be escorted out in handcuffs.

IMO he qualifies as a "public nuisance". The fact that mothers complain about children being driven by his performances on the sidewalk, zipping by in the family automobile cry and are traumatized, says a lot.

I can be as nosily curious as anyone else, so did a search engine on Mr. Oneill's "public performances". Computer has sound effects, but fortunately not olafactory capacity, and of course video/pictorial ability.

I thought I was gonna puke-up-my-socks as I watched him do obscene bumps and grinds as a male, even worse seeing him in drag as Lady GaGa, No wonder small kiddies cry - adults could weep, too, that he's allowed to go totally unchecked AND unhibited, for sure.

He seems to have a lot of "fixations" and a solid touch of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I personally, not knowing the man, but perusing his rantings as if reading a "case history" in a psycoloy textbook, consider him dangerously fixated not only in politics (Mr Constitution, yeehaw!!) but things sexual.

Alcohlism is a progressive disease, are are other maladies. I wonder if "perversion" isn't progressive, also, worsening in time. With the great, great risk of making the leap from "acting out in public" for attention to literally ACTING OUT IN REALITY.

I don't go to Olney as much as I used to when I knew people there (most have died off) so now it merely entals driving on 130 or passing through on 50. I have sincere sympathy for those living there. It ain't the town it was 40 years ago....

Random thought.

How's come Wal-Mart hasn't hired BJO II as a greeter?!

he probably never put an application in to be a greeter.

Doubt they'd have hired him if he had.

But seriously, in my travels around the Midwest and going to some of the major cities, I noticed right away when WallyWorld began hiring the "challenged" as greeters. Some of them made terrific impressions on me in their simple, sweet, and friendly manner, taking their jobs seriously (the way one could wish other wage-slaves would.)

I knew a sweet lady, never had a bad work for ANYone who became a greeter up near Taylorville. A few years of doing that sure changed her. She developed kind of an acid-tongue. It tickled me; prior to that she took about ANYthing in stride, and came back with a smile.

She told stories about greeting people kindly and being told, "F-U, b*tch" more times than she could count.

And that was from adults, some with children in tow.

Like the old newborn baby gift stuff they used to dispense at hospitals to new parents, was the printed poem, sponsored by Gerber or some other baby oriented product, "Children learn what they live." (Or see.)

No doubt.

"As the twig is bent, the tree is inclined", is a famous quote, I don't recall who to attribute it to. But more than a time or two I've wondered about BJO's upbringing and formative years. In my long years I've seen people who "weren't playing with a full deck" who'd been well raised, and before the US Army came up with the slogan, there was family effort to help them "Be all you can be."

Knowing what I do of what Greeters at W-M go through I've always made a point to be pleasant. And I've noticed the familiar greeters get a sparkle in their eyes when they catch sight of me.

But I have feet of clay: can't say I'm the same to telemarketers...hahahahaha.

I always avoid the greeters at Walmart. Once I walk in the main door I veer off and give them a wide berth.

Actually, come to think of it, the Wal-Mart in Olney is one where IMO it is easier to avoid greeters. I sometimes stop there to pick up stuff when I'm traveling, either to or fro. I rather like the Olney W-M...comparing.

Flora's W-M is another one where greeters are not so present/in-your-face, either. In fact, thinking back, I wonder if at times there is no one attending to that position. Larger towns and big cities seem to have them stationed more strategically (like junk yard dawgs) perhaps due to higher populations and store shrinkage via shoplifting increasing with the population numbers.

Yeah I go to the Flora Walmart once and awhile also. I'm thinking they do not have greeters there unless they are hiding someplace out of sight. I do like Flora store and think it is cleaner than the Olney store.

I was thinking about various towns, and how many have their "local character". Some towns handle it a lot better than Olney does with BJO II.

Sometimes those eccentric souls, while "half a bubble off plumb" in some areas can be quite brilliant in others. Like a touch of that 'idiot savant' syndrome.

Years ago the Effingham area had Granville Davis, better known in counties to the south as "Alley Oop". He was one for the books. Strong as a mule and would do day-labor and folks who hired him said NO ONE worked as hard as he did.

Back in the 70s he used to delight in heckling young mothers with small children - and those kids blubbered, too, when he approached in the aisle of the Kroger store as Mama shopped. After awhile, though, the mothers wised up and realized he was doing it for attention - figuring attention was attention - he didn't care if it was good or bad.

Quite a few young mothers, perhaps discussing it at PTA or women's groups, explained to small fry they didn't have to be afraid of him. When he spoke to them, to politely say "Hello!" and now get cowed nor scared. Bit by bit he stopped (some) of that terrorize/scare people.(He had long hair, missing teeth, wore womens' clothes, and men's clodhopper boots.)

The few times he crossed lines...the City's Finest dealt with it. He really LIKED wrap around skirts when they were in vogue, and he'd ride his bike around town, "going commando" with no undershorts on, and at the stoplight he especially liked to flash elderly women with that wrap around skirt that made it soooo easy. Local cops nipped THAT in the bud/butt f-a-s-t. He got the message that much could be overlooked but some social misbehaviors would NOT be tolerated.

Once a local cop gave him money for a ticket to California, so he was absent for awhile. But eventually he hitched a ride back with a trucker. He'd found California interesting, but returned to Effingham declaring, "Those people in California are CRAZY!!!"

One wretchedly cold winter night, Granville died of a massive heart attack, in a snowstorm, right outside of the fanciest eating establishment in downtown. JC Penney's donated dress clothes to the funeral director. And Granville's visitation was probably one of THE LARGEST visitations ever in local funeral home history. EVERYONE had a funn Granville story as he was eulogized in the lines waiting to offer condolences to his family.

Point? BHO II might be the type needs firmly "taken in hand" (like a small child) and have it ingrained what's acceptable and what is not.

Growing up our teeny small town had such a character. His family was wealthy, resort owners, smart people...then there was Paul. They set him up to drive a taxi. My mama used to talk about how at one time one just signed up for a license, didn't pass any proficiency tests, and merely replied that one was not LEGALLY BLIND and you were good to go.

Paul had a very powerful late 1950s station wagon, huge engine. He kept it parked on Main Street. And aside from being a taxi driver...he worked hard, literally pushing a barn broom and sweeping the streets beautifully and as if it was a lovely occupation. The streets he kept were superb.

Once he had an out of towner hired his taxi, and ol' Paul gave that poor unaware woman The Ride From Hell. No seatbelts back then. He was kiting along way over the speed limit, had to slam on the brakes, she shot forward from the back seat where she rode after he'd gallantly "tucked her in".

With the force the woman's wife flew off, and landed in the front seat with Paul. He saw that, leaped out of his big station wag, distraught almost to tears, shrieking, "I scalped her! I accidentally scalped her!"

Paul had a huge, huge visitation, too....

I've had times of wondering why BJO isn't in a group home with parental-type figures to give a little people-skills intervention, or why cops aren't doing it.
