I, Brian James O'Neill II live by the constitution and all laws as our framers intention were made enforceable amoung all citizens and persons of the United States Of America Government Entity and the residing State Of Illinois Government Entity within every jurisdiction governmental entity. Fact 3. I, Brian James O'Neill II represent all citizens no matter voter or not! Fact 4. I, Brian James O'Neill II will not allow no county board member and government official to overstep their constitutional and statutory duties of law to make and enforce law in the eyes of our framers intention! Fact 5. That of which this current and passed Richland County Board Government Entity had refused to conduct themselves in a orderly manner, refused to for along time discussed every interest from every direction with every member of the county board being required to speak and make long hours of discussions with each of their own expressed speech! Fact 6. Instead of the prior and current Richland County Board Government Entity Members way of holding county board meetings in and out of the public not in accordance to the constitution, statutory laws, rules, regulations, ethics, and all other laws that much be enforceable in which is unconstitutional. Fact 7. No vote on any issue or manner will never take place unless the correct number of countyboard members are seated at time, place, and manner to carry out county government business, etc. Fact 8. All countyboard members will be required to go out into the public on a day to day base and look for problems before they become a major problem that would cost the county a lot of money along with the citizens personal property and residency as well business are harmed in any way, etc. Fact 9. All county government elected and appointed officials, employees, staff and other government entity persons will be required to meet together a set number of days in one location to take up discussion and communication concerning any and all problems, manners, needs, and ways to solved each and every problem! Fact 10. Note: All citizens of the general public will be allowed to have chances to make discussion on all issues with no to little limits placed on speech to the county board government entity! Fact 11. Note: The passed and current Richland County Government Entity Boardmembers failed at representation of all you the individual citizens and people because they refused to acknowledge that government gets business fix faster and becomes a progressive government with higher paying salary pay wages with health care and medical insurance and all other retirement benefits when each of every individual person is allowed to take part in all county government discussions!!!!!!!!!! 1 So you are calling Mary Spillman and the other board members thieves, and telling us they pocket money??? Where are they getting this cash?? Do they collect it at the board meetings?? I have been to many board meetings...have never seen any money exchanged. And Brian, most board members HAVE to have another job to live. They don't have a disability paycheck, or SSI, or anything...so they are not going to have a lot of time to walk the streets daily talking to everyone, the way you want them to. They are representing us. They put a lot of time into it the way it is now. You need to be quiet. You are going to get into really bad trouble accusing these people of theft and lies. Ok..the way it works is, he may be allowed to make a small amount of money and keep what he gets now. However if, and I say IF, he was able to actually do the work involved, he would probably lose the disability, because it would prove that he was able to hold a REAL job. |
