If you don't pay your bill, it's legal.

How does a person know exactly what there bill is really suppose to be? When they are so go at estimating your bill. I do believe that is what they even said in the paper to the Attorney Generals' Office. I just wish we had go honest people working in our local offices, because we as children were brought up never to think anything different, but the truth from people who hold a public position!!!!
just wondering

Dont hear of too many people having their electric turned off if they pay their bill. I doubt yours would either. Or are you wanting someone else to pay for it?

Of course they shouldn't. I mean the Mayor gets arrested for selling pot, so that automatically equates to you not having to pay your bill right? What stupid logic. Geez....
