That is not what he was charged with or indicted for, assuming you are correct that he has been indicted. There is no such thing as "Baby Rape" in Kentucky Revised Statutes.

just thinking! does this kentucky revised statutes mean ky, has law's? if they do i sure can't find any that will work for me.i think a lot of other people think the same thing. who are these law's made for? the crimnal that seem's to be the only one's that can us the so called k.r.s. in other word's i guess i'am asking what the he-- do you have to do before it is a crime? i don't think the lawyer's can answer this or don't want to?
