Does anyone remember the name of the clothing store that was where Rite Aid is now. It was probably in the late 70s or 80s.

There was a store that was the first business in that building that sold contemporary women's and juniors fashion. I modeled in a fashion show there for their grand opening when I was in high school in 1989 or 1990. The paper was there taking pictures but I can't remember the name. From what I remember it was great quality stuff. Olive Hill needs a great place to shop like that again.

I recall the building being Dr Smiths office on one side, and the O&H Pharmacy the other. Also Dr Morgan, DMD was located there. I spent many mornings there in the early 70's. I thought the building was built specifically for this purpose. They added on later, not sure what year.

To clarify: Dr Karl Smith, General Practice. Dr Ballard? "Thumby" Morgan Dentist. I can't remember the pharmacist. Pharmacy served an excellent ham salad sandwich on toast. It was a treat to have one for breakfast while waiting on a prescription. Then back to school for me. This was circa 73-74. I left the area in 1984.

I remember Stephanie Bonds shoe store, Boots and Britches, which was where Sallys Flowers is. I vaguely remember the clothing store you are referring to, and do not recall the name.
