So what did this kid do? I seen on Facebook him apologizing for what he did, he's learned a lesson and he's glad to be back at home. Is he the one who threw the bomb note in the hall??? I would like to know because he has an interest in my daughter. Parents should be informed of who done these things!

Don't have a clue, but do you really want to start a bully topic? If this young man has problems it may be nice to say a prayer for him instead of trying to cause pain, embarassment, and more problems for him.

Who said anything about bullying? You did! If he was seeing your daughter you'd want to know! All I asked was if he's the one. Simple as that. I know him, he seems like a sweet person who possibly had a practical joke go bad. But, I still want to know. I'm sure 100% of the people who don't already know, what to know.

Probably one of those cracked out mothers that don't even know where her daughter is half the time.
Look Lady, if you'd stay off the crack, and be a part of your daughter's life, you'd know what kind of boy she's seeing!

Honey trust me I'm no cracked out mother and I do know where my daughter is at all times. She's never been around him outside of school. I'm a huge part of her life and I do know what kind of boys she sees. Hence the first comment you moron.

It shows that you are trash if you come to Topix to get guidance about your daughters boyfriends. Just read some of the crap on here: are these the people you want advice from on how to raise your daughter? Also, leave the poor boys name off here. How would you like it if someone posted an ignorant thread about your daughter on here? Oh, since this is obviously where you come for important advice, then you'd probably love it! If you want to know something so bad, then ask his parents. It seems you've already been stalking his Facebook. Go ahead and tell us, Mrs Facebook Stalker, who is it that's interested in this boy, your daughter OR YOU??? It seems you are the one obsessed with him, stalking him on Facebook and then making Topix posts about him. What a horrible mother!

Yes I believe he was involved in the situation. I hope that West Carter Suspends him for the rest of the year if not for the rest of this young man's high school career. I know he is on his facebook page saying he is saved and all of this but that is exactly what anyone would do and say if they wanted out of trouble. The fear that grips a parent is indescribable when you hear that a school is on lockdown and you just have to wait for more information. This was a joke of a sick twisted individual. Where in any of this is there even a trace of humor? I will be at the meeting tonight at the school board and will be voicing my opinion on the matter and about the people involved. To the mother who is concerned about her daughter being involved with this young man, I would keep her far away from him. If we let this go without any consequences then we are just leaving the door wide open for others who may actually go through with their threats. We owe it to all people who have lost their lives or have been injured in school violence to not just sit and let this be ignored. If it were possible there would never be another child or teacher that would have to die for no reason other than pure Evil.

Thank you for the info. I couldn't agree with you more about punishment. The people involved in this should pay serious consequences. Maybe if there was a more harsh punishment these kids wouldn't have to be evacuated every other day.

How hard is it for you people to understand that I am not looking for advice. Please! I have my physic for that!! We all should know who is responsible for this. I don't care if they're minors or not. If my child would have anything to do with anything like that then I'd say so. No one is on here talking trash about him or the other kids involved. The ones who keep getting on here defending him know he did wrong. You just didn't want to be the one to spill it. Anyways, I got my answer...that's all I came here for so thanks for all those pissy answers and the good ones as well. I get a good chuckle when I read what some of you say. You won't see me back on this thread anymore! Peace!

Instead of bashing him when he clearly admitted he made and terrible mistake and sent out a public apology (via Facebook) you should be hoping that he learned something from it and praying for him. Nobody has any right to judge what he said about getting saved, if you are an adult who understands religion you should be hoping that everyone becomes educated and learns about God and the importance of accepting him into their life. Think back to some of the stupid decisions you made as a teen, granted they may not have been as serious, but you made them. You went through the same thought process he probably did......you knew the risks, and the possible consequences and yet you probably made the decisions anyways. I am in no way condoning what Ryan done, but I am suggesting that people have a little patience, understanding and hope for him! He made a bad, bad mistake and obviously he has owned up to it, so try not to be so judgmental and hope for the very best for him! Anyone's child at WCHS could have made the same decision Ryan did, peer pressure and the idea of looking "funny, cool, badass" etc. can make kids do a lot of things they normally wouldn't do. How would you feel if it was your child who gave in to that pressure and done something like this and people were bad-mouthing he or she? Think about what you say before you say it, it could easily be your child, niece, nephew or family member people are talking about.

The Crackhead's daughter is probably involved also, if she is going out with him. For that matter, the Crackhead herself could be involved. Either way I bet she will not be attending the meeting tonight. She probably didn't even know was a meeting until she read it on here!

You should be ashamed of yourself for starting this post. He is a good kid. Has it ever occured to you that 7 were involved? Seven kids thought this up, seven! It just so happens that the two that were put up to actually dropping the note was a kid that seeks attention and Ryan a kid that is easily pushed.. They weren't the master minds behind this I'm sure. Praying for all involved!

I would look into this Crackhead's daughter. She was more than likely involved in it also, and her Crackhead mother is trying find out if her daughter is under suspicion.

So the kid made a huge mistake, went to jail, got saved and now everyone is suppose to have sympathy for this kid?! Amazing. No one made him do what he did. He should be punished to the fullest extent. If it was another kid that you didn't know, you wouldn't be acting like he's ok now. If it was my kid, they'd rather have the school punishment. I have kids in 3 schools in olive hill. One does go to WCHS. I felt bad for her when she came home scared, now she acts like its normal to have a bomb threat. It shouldn't be that way. There may come a time when something is more than a threat. I pray that never happens, but it is possible. He may be a great kid who decided to do one of the dumbest things of his life, but he should still pay the consequences. Good people do dumb stuff every day. I hope he has learned a very valuable lesson and hope he decides to stay with The Lord once all this has been scooted under the rug.

Actually Ryan wasn't the only one involved and seeing that him and others that was involved are all still facing further punishment then I'm sure him and all of the students family would rather not have all of their lives all over the internet. It's already hard enough to deal with it they don't need your guy's help. And as far as Ryan the note was written by another student and fell out of his pocket. And believe me the students parents are already punishing them as we speak. So I just want to say that people needs to start minding their own business and I'm pretty sure that if it was your child that got messed up in it and they you wouldn't want their problems all over the computer. So how about you guys just think about that fact.

I know him personally, he's a really nice guy. Very smart. He made a mistake and he knows that. The most we can do now is forgive him and pray he makes better decisions in the future.

No, the least we can do is run him out of town for this. I think we can all agree to liking our guns and having the right to protect ourselves. This little peckerwood wants to take one to school which gives the knotheads who want to strip our second amendment right to bear arms even more reason to do so. Little stupid punk!!!
